Excellent customer service and an extensive knowledge of surgical instruments.

This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for!

Several years ago I purchased numerous surgical instruments from H&H as the price point was reasonable and the instruments looked good.

Over the next couple of years the instruments started to break; the tips of instruments, elevators typically, would break off. At first these instruments were repaired for us. When this problem continued we no longer received the support we needed to address the problems. We decided not to purchase any further instruments from H&H as the quality of the steel and the service we were receiving was not commensurate with provision of quality care.

Most recently I called as the springs on one of our Rongeurs broke and I was looking for a replacement part. I was asked to send in the instrument so that they could repair it at a cost. It was simple matter of unscrewing 2 pieces and replacing them, therefore in order to reduce the costs and save on the back and forth of shipping I asked to purchase the springs from them and I would replace them myself. The last SEVERAL weeks have seen several of my emails to the service and sales department fall on deaf ears with no response. I was promised call backs but they were never received. Today, several weeks later, I called and was finally able to have someone call me back. Their answer is "we don't sell those parts." They have the part but are not willing to sell it to me, nor did they offer to send it to me.

Buyer beware! I would strongly suggest that you consider these sort of problems before investing in surgical instruments which should last for years. THEY WILL NOT!

I HAD PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED THIS COMPANT AND THEY RESPONDED SUGGESTING THEY WOULD TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. NO WARRANTY SERVICE HAS BEEN OFFERED TO ME. HAD SOMEONE OFFERED TO REPAIR MY INSTRUMENTS AT NO COSTS TO ME I WOULD HAPPILY HAVE ENGAGED THEIR OFFER!
