Why is the dentist so rude here ? There’s only one dentist who obviously hates her job. When I had her she gave me feelings i didn’t even need (got a 2nd opinion and had two dentist tell me ) and she criticizes your teeth and how you look . For one instance She was getting x rays done for me and she says “those are awful bad teeth” I WILL NEVER GO TO HER AGAIN . My siblings also went for a long time and had terrible experiences . Don’t get me started on the assistants who literally pull your mouth while you’re in pain and telling them to stop.. oh no they go harder . You would think since they study how to properly use their tools on you they would right ? Oh no lady didn’t even know she was suctioning the side of my mouth the entire time. Aweful , DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE !!

They do a great job, just make sure you are careful where and when you schedule with the call center employees. Other than that, no complains, they’ve redeemed themselves. Above and beyond in the backend. Front office staff are great and my dentist and her assistant were very honest and accommodating.

The appointment was easy to make and only a week out. The providers and front office staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great “bedside manner” from the nurses and physician I saw.

Why does the dental office take so long? What is the point of scheduling an appointment when we are still waiting sometimes 2hrs after our appointment time Children aren't made to sit & be quite. No food or drinks in the lobby but the water fountains are broken. Unbelievable..

The very rude black woman at the front desk of the registration side made my experience terrible! I am also a black woman just looking for help desperately in my second trimester of pregnancy. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED, and had talked to a nice lady the day before. This woman at the front desk was so rude and had an attitude the whole time! And then proceeded to tell me she could couldn’t help me because she couldn’t relate to being a SINGLE MORHER. No what does that have to do with anything?! I’m very upset with how I was treated and I hope I can get some better help.

The wic office never picks up the phone. Theres time where i call back to back and instead of picking up i hear them hanging up the phone. Why have a job if youre not doing it. I called to make sure i could renew my benefits over the phone and they told me to come in at any time or call in and when you try calling its like no ones there. My benefits renew the 2nd and i got an appointment for a couple days later and now im having to wait longer since no one picks up and they going on lunch soon.

Walk- ins aren't sure . Took me damn 4 waste hours . I need immediate help , but it took four hours waiting. And when it's my turn, I had to wait another 35 mins. The dentist Rodriguez apologized that it was so busy . FYI .. I came early, but they called the person next to me, really? and I waited for my prescription her assistant said the prescription would be there at cvs after the dentist was done with the patient, really? Such an inconsiderate . So until now, I wasn't notified by cvs . So sad so disappointed with the service. I hope they have an extra dentist. It gets busy!!! I feel bad for people who wait for another three hours.

Great experience, was a little afraid because of reviews here but got great service and respectful kind helpers. Really nothing like what I read here. The office is super nice and clean. Yes you have to wait a bit but that's pretty much every where you go to do something related to this.
