I always have the most disappointing and frustrating experiences with Dr. Jia. From the moment I walk in, it is clear that the focus is not on patient care. You end up spending significantly more time with the nurse than with the doctor, which should never happen in a medical setting. When I finally meet with the doctor, her demeanor is cold and dismissive. At one visit, when I shared some of my symptoms, she responded with, “Well, what do you want me to do?”—a remark that was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. It felt as though she could not care less about my concerns.

I have never encountered a more careless, rude, and unempathetic physician in my life. If you are looking for a doctor who values your health and well-being, look elsewhere. She is a terrible doctor and I would not recommend her to anyone!

The most carelessness I have ever experienced. I left several inquiries and waited ample time and never a response. She just is not interested in my concerns for my health.

Would give zero stars if I could. Dr Jia wasn’t willing to help me figure out my health issues because apparently “other people were worse off than me”. She also scoffed at me multiple times when I asked questions, never replied to any emails I sent, and refused to give referrals.

I agree with above review. I was disregarded and spoken to with a child like manner. At one point she laughed at my description of severe pain in my heel. She never even asked to look at my heel. I described my knee pain and was told it looked just tge same as the other knee and would not palpate my knee
It was a horrible experience and made me feel I was not worth her time.

Has ZERO care for her patients! Seems to me, in my opinion likes to watch people suffer. Never gets prescriptions in on time EVER! Judgmental, unprofessional!
