I had my first experience here yesterday, it was so relaxing, so quiet and zen. The salt cave is so beautiful, they put a lot of work into it. This was so new to me, I felt so calm, it was nice to be away from everything. I felt more rejuvenated afterwards, I would definitely come here again. Check out their shop in the front there’s so many cool things, salt lamps, candles, handmade soaps, etc! 🙂

From the moment you walk in...calmness.
We were greeted with a smile by Debbie. We were given simple instructions on what to do to prepare for the cave. We then received a freshly laundered blanket and booties to go over our socks. We put our belongings in a locker, free of charge.
Once everyone in our timeslot was ready, Debbie opened the doors to the cave and we chose what gravity chair we wanted. With covid restrictions there are only six chairs in there, typically 12. They were perfectly spaced out. We got comfortable in our chair by draping our blankets over our laps and Debbie gave us some information and then we put our headsets on and the real relaxation began.
The footpath - Shannon was amazing and explained everything we needed to know. We sat back in our comfy chairs and just enjoyed the footpath.
Overall, I can not wait to go back. The professionalism yet personable staff made the experience that much more relaxing. They have a shop with a variety of items to chose from. Scrubs to lamps. Great gift ideas. I can not wait to go back!
Note: I left out some details in the experience because I don't want to ruin it for anyone. I want you to come in know what to expect yet be pleasantly surprised. I know we were.

Best experience of my life it was so calming and with the help of Debbie and Jessica it was an amazing experience! If you’re into meditation or if you have bad anxiety, it is the perfect place for you. It also helped with my friends eczema!10 out of 10 would recommend. I was also able to pick a salt lamp for my classroom. Can’t wait to use it and help all my students. This place is so teacher friendly definitely try to go during the school year!!!

We’ve been looking for a location that offers halotherapy. We thought we’d have to travel to Orlando. We were shocked to find there’s a salt cave - much bigger and nicer than a plain old salt room - right here in West Melbourne!

We’re told to gargle with salt water to cure a sore throat. My own physician advised me to soak a wound with warm salt water. Salt is a natural antiseptic and has healing properties. Natural Himalayan salt has been shielded from pollutants and really is the best way to receive the relaxing and healing benefits of salt and negative ion therapy. It’s been proven to be helpful with respiratory ailments.

Halo Salt Cave is next level. They hired a professional to install something called a halogenerator. This diffuses pharmaceutical grade salt into microscopic particles and vaporizes it into breathable air. The microscopic particles can then enter your nose and sinuses and potentially have healing benefits, similar to sitting near the ocean on a summer day.

This facility is spotless and well-maintained. They probably have the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a commercial establishment, and I have been to some local high-end spas that should be embarrassed. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. There’s no hard sell, like spas, and you can take your time to make decisions in this comfortable environment.

Halo also offers an infrared sauna and ion cleanse foot bass. They have affordable packages, or you can do each service individually.

Even if you don’t believe in the benefits of Halotherapy, it’s a great way to relax in a very comfortable chair with some soothing music for 45 minutes. I sometimes just go for naptime during my lunch break. We all could use some more zen in our lives.

My sauna experience was rejuvenating. This spa is clean, the staff are all friendly and the location is excellent. They even sell quite a few different items which would make great gifts for family and friends. Highly recommend.

Yes the Halo Salt Cave is a wonderful experience. The staff there is very professional, kindhearted, compassionate and welcoming 🙏. Shannon, Jessica and the other excellent staff there, really do care about each and every customer. I pray that we are just as kind to them, as they are to us. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FOR THIS BUSINESS. The salt cave is normally a relaxing experience but they are charging for gift cards and refusing to honor them. Their staff was rude and unhelpful and refused to accept a valid gift card. We’ve been here multiple times in the past but the staff’s snide remarks have ensured we will never be back.

This place helped me back when covid was really bad, I got covid, ended up getting a collapsed lung from it, it was the delta varient. Going to the salt cave allowed my O2 levels to reach 100% and during my lung being collapsed it stayed at a steady 92% ..... this place did wonderful things for me and I read a comment that said don't do gift cards and they don't honor them? That's a huge crock of poop. I get gift cards and use them all the time, so I believe that customer must have been just difficult to deal with. These women are always amazing and on their game.
