This clinic has to be most incompetent excuse for a medical clinic ever! I had an appointment today at 8:30 a.m. to be tested for COVID19. I was understandably ask to stay in my car until they were ready to administer the test. I sit in my car for 90 mins in 100° heat! After being tested (results take 20 minutes), the nurse comes in asking me about my symptoms, never even telling me I'm negative until I have to actually ask after 10 mins of listening to her! She wants to do blood work to try to find out why I'm having shortness of breath and low oxygen. She said results take 15 mins. Instead letting me sit in the air conditioned lobby after my negative results, I have to go back to my car. Finally, after waiting over an hour, I go in the lobby only to be told my results still isn't back! I finally just leave at 11:45 without ever actually seeing a doctor! Would NEVER recommend this bunch of incompetents to anyone!

They won’t answer the phone during office hours. My friend called and they answered her right away. Then I call and have been trying to for the past 20 minutes & it just rings. My friend tries to call again and no answer for her either.
