Odd that two people could have very different experiences when going to the same place for the same reason. My wife gets COVID tested on Monday. They do it from the car, she only has to fill out a COVID questionnaire, comes back positive and they call her in antibiotics and some steroids to help prevent infection. All seems pretty standard and just simple procedures for them. I start feeling similar symptoms and come three days later. I'm told if I don't come inside then they can't prescribe anything. When I asked why that wasn't the case the receptionist says She must have come inside then. It was obvious she didn't know what she was talking about and her ignorance set the course of my whole time there. I had to do returning patient paperwork, then she couldn't find me, so I had to do new patient paperwork. Once I am finally tested and come back positive the NP comes in and announces "Well you look great" and sends me on my way. No medicine to help prevent infection even though I had said I was already dealing with chest congestion, which is now worse. I wasted money on a copay I now don't have to go to a more competent clinic. A home test from Walmart for $15 and a bottle of DayQuil would have given me more medical help than they did. My wife is content taking our children there for emergencies but I wouldn't go back for a hangnail

I usually never post on anything negative but today I am! My husband went to Hamilton Urgent Care Cloverdale tonight very sick and they would not treat him! Over $45.00! I know alot of medical places have to be strict with payments they also deserve to be paid but stating my insurance has my DOB wrong and I have been coming to this Urgent care for the past couple of years is beyond ridiculous! Why all of a sudden we owe over $200.00 when I make my co pay and his EVERYTIME! My insurance said my DOB was correct on their end as it has been for almost 5 years! Turn the people away that are sick! Has Jesus ever turned you away for being sick? I can see turning away the ones that abuse the system for medications but my husband is truly sick!! We will never be back neither will friends and family!! Praying for you! Your business will never prosper for being ugly and turning the sick away. Thank you for turning him away, Mary Baker Fralix

So sad. They charge you $400 for a swab test, and then charge you another $50 for being a new patient without telling you when you go in. They do not send you an itemized bill. Had to find out by asking why my bill was $50 more than my wife, who had the same procedure. HSV Hospital Urgent Care is the place to go.

Everyone I encountered from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all friendly, helpful, and professional. The online appointment option is extremely conviennent. I was in and out in an hour. The nurse and doctor were both thorough in their questions, and listened intently to my answers. Very clean and great atmosphere. I will definitely be using this urgent care from now on!

I wish I could give 0 but ya know. I hate to leave reviews but at this point it’s just a bit pitiful. I’ve been seen 2x in the last 2 weeks for Covid/strep. All of their test came back negative but they treated me for strep anyway. (I get it often) I told them the medication that works for me the best. They insisted to call in another medication and I told them I’d need zofran & Diflucan to go along with it. The first provider agreed and sent me on my way. I get an antibiotic shot and feel better for a day or so. A few days go back and I woke up extremely worse. I went back in, paid ANOTHER copay because nobody wouldn’t answer the phone and was seen by the younger dark haired NP at this point. I told her I was pretty sure I reinfected myself with strep because I had used an old tooth brush the night before and woke up very sick. She was it was impossible to be reinfected that quickly with a toothbrush. Let’s not forget to mention she called me Maggie when walking into the room and when I didn’t respond she just looked at me. She walked back out and come back asking if my name was Emily…she tells me she doesn’t want to give me cdiff so she doesn’t want to give me the antibiotic I asked for to start with. Cefdenier? (Sure I misspelled that) she proceeded to tell me I didn’t need another antibiotic but then proscribed me azithromycin. A ANTIBIOTIC. I ask for a steroid shot because I didn’t get one the week prior and she said “you’re too close to your 3 months” I quickly said I hadn’t had a steroid shot from them in well over a year. She walks out again and comes in saying she read my chart wrong. I’m convinced she had Maggie’s chart ? A few days go by and I’m still not better and guess what? Wake up with a raging yeast infection. I go to the pharmacy to pick it up and they inform me they NEVER CALLED IT OR THE NAUSEA MEDS IN. I immediately call them, leave a message with the lady up front around 2:00 p.m. she tells me the provider will call it in and she will call me to let me know when she does. Never get a call. I ended up going to another clinic at this point yesterday. Guess what? Tested positive for strep. Now I’m on a 3rd antibiotic in 3 weeks the one I asked for to begin with! Let’s hope I really don’t get cdiff now. Never got the diflucan nor nausea medicine and won’t be back. Let’s not forget that they kept mistreating me but made sure to hand me bills from 2021 (that were paid, verified by the insurance) but yet couldn’t call in medicine. I’ll never go back. You’re gaslit into thinking these NPs know more about your body than you do. Never again. The last NP I seen was rude, lacked bedside manner and didn’t know what she was talking about. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

This place use to be awesome. It has went downhill fast! Not only are they slower than Christmas, Everytime me or my children take a COVID, flu, or strep test it's negative. When their pediatrician opens and I take them there because they are still sick they test positive, EVERY TIME! My last visit I got there at 8am and was still sitting in the lobby at 10:30! This is ridiculous!

Walked in first thing in the morning when they opened at 8 am, needed a simple antibiotic prescription. Sat until 10:30 before somebody saw me. Every single patient in the waiting doin after me was called, screened and left by the time my name was called to even go to an exam room. Figured I’d be safe showing up 3 hours before a flight, yet I missed it because of their lack of urgency. You’re better off filtering through the dollar general medicine aisle, spare your time and frustration.

I came here just now with an infected tooth and been in pain for a few days. The front desk girl treated me terrible from the start. Then when I said I would be paying cash she acted even worse. After I sat down to fill out information, I heard her say to the other girl "people shouldn't come in here with an attitude." First off I can't even talk or smile without my mouth hurting. I will never go back to this place. People like that should not work in the medical field. She was unprofessional and extremely rude to me. I tore up my info packet and walked out. I will go somewhere else and pay double. If I could put zero stars I would
