I am not an online review sort of person, but I would warn anyone against going to this practice. They drop the ball on important stuff, and it is dehumanizing to have to keep begging them to do their jobs. I'm sure it's not the providers' fault--maybe it's a bigger business decision to cut corners and employ as few full-time staff as possible. I don't know, but it's really not OK.

I have had nothing but a great experience here. The staff is nice, accommodating, and helpful. I have seen Dr. Naughton, Dr. Willemain, and Dr. Ganz. I have been very happy with all of them. They are kind and compassionate doctors. I have had some painful (hemorrhoid) issues over the past 6 months and every time I am in the office, I have a pleasant experience. My questions are answered and my concerns are alleviated. I leave there knowing my issue is resolved or will be resolved soon. I would highly recommend this practice!

Today was my “re-scheduled “ visit. Same story, different day. Just find someone else. Not worth the trouble.

Our healthcare services in the US are a joke. The receptionist was cold and treated me like an infant, while the Nurse Practitioner seemed to expect me to know all the information of the various medications she offered. They were not able to even schedule the procedure they recommended. No empathy or warmth, just hurry up and get the f out of here. They also gave my daughter a coloring activity while she was in the middle of lunch, without asking her parent, which disrupted me trying to get my kid to eat. I hope others have a better option of places to seek help from for gastrointestinal issues.

Dr. Kalman always listens to my concerns, and answers my questions. He also seems genuinely concerned about my situation, and keeps on top of my Crohn's problem. Brenda, his nurse, gets back to me right away, regarding questions and issues, when I message her. She also treats my concerns with importance. I definitely recommend Dr. Kalman.

After a miserable visit with Dr Tassoni six years ago when I was treated with contempt, I was happy to get my PCP to effect a switch to Dr. Ganz. She is empathetic, practical, respectful, and offers options. What a breath of fresh air!
