Everyone I've worked with has been wonderful, from the minute you walk through the door. Joni was great in identifying my type of hearing loss, patiently adjusting my hearing aids to work well for me, and more recently ,Lisa, for cleaning the aids, and then replacing the receiver when they weren't working properly. Highly recommend Hampshire Hearing and Speech Services.

I had to have my hearing aids cleaned.I arrived on time was warmly greeted and saw a technician within a few minutes. The cleaning was completed quickly. My testing appointment was changed to an earlier date much to my surprise. I look forward to more visits to Hampshire Hearing.

What a great experience I had with HH and SS. I am from Ohio, have relatively new Phonak hearing aids, and was about an hour away for a 9 day retreat that was about to start. My right hearing aid wasn't working at all. A Phonak customer service tech tried to help me, but figured out that the problem was that I needed a new wax filter/guard. I didn't have the disc with me and he referred me to HH and SS. I spoke with Jill, who said she'd get me set up with someone to replace the filter/guard that morning. Sure enough, when I got there, Jill got me in to see Lisa, who changed the filter/guard for my right aid and showed me how to do the left one (which was working, but just barely). What a difference being able to hear made for the retreat. And what friendly great attitudes Jill and Lisa had to help a one-time, out of state, client in great need. When I left, I told Jill that if I lived in the area, they'd be my hearing providers. For sure.

The technical agent quickly diagnosed a couple of problems like a too long receiver and a noisy hearing aid, which she dehumidified, riding the moisture in it which worked in silencing the noise. I later realized at home that I place the hearing aids next to a humidifier at night sometimes! My bad!

I have been going to Hampshire Hearing and Speech for over 20 years. They are always attentive, friendly and thorough. They have not tried to sell me what I don’t need and have bent over backwards to be helpful. I highly recommend them.

My mom has needed hearing aids for a long time and was able to get an appointment at Hampshire Hearing. I can't say enough good things about the support she received. The radiologist was careful, patient and kind in explaining how to use the ones she recommended. Mom is thrilled with the outcome. She can hear again without straining. Absolutely the best experience possible.

Hampshire Hearing provides the highest level of hearing care. We received the most wonderful customer service from the receptionist who remembered me from a prior visit, the audiology technician dressed as raggedy ann and the audiologist dressed as an angel. We arrived for an unscheduled visit when my mother was having a problem hearing in one ear on Halloween!

After understanding her problem, the hearing aids were quickly cleaned and checked, a part was replaced by the technician and the audiologist discovered that she had fluid in her left ear that was causes additional hearing problems. With this information, temporary adjustments were made to the hearing aids and we were quickly on our way.

The exceptional service provided demonstrated that good hearing aid service includes addressing the client’s health as well as the hearing aids.

I was so impressed and grateful to have received this high level of care. It would have been so easy to have just checked the hearing aids and sent us on our way never getting the hearing clarity that my mother needs for good health and safety. Many businesses state that service is the cornerstone of their practice. The staff at Hampshire Hearing demonstrated that to us.

Its not every day that an angel and Raggedy Ann listen to your hearing problem, diagnose the problem and help develop a plan for improving hearing!
