I’ve been seeing Handcrafted Smiles Arlington Heights for a year now and I can honestly say that I’ve never had a better dental experience. From the moment you walk into the office, you’re greeted by a friendly and professional team who make you feel right at home. Dr. Kenny & Dr. Gina are not only extremely skilled but also take the time to explain every procedure in detail and ensures you’re comfortable throughout the entire visit.

The office is always clean and modern, and they use the latest technology, which gives me confidence that I’m receiving top-tier care. I’ve had both routine cleanings and fillings and every procedure has been painless and successful.

This was an experience for the books. I truly am scared of the dentist, however this is one of the best. It is clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they explain, explain, explain everything. I truly mean every step. I never felt more supported and comfortable to go to the dentist. Dr. Kenny’s practice is easily the smoothest, kindest dental office to work with. Everyone I’ve met has been exceptionally gracious whether with scheduling, care questions, or just curiosity. After my current dentist tried to charge me $1000 to replace my night guard after some fillings, I called Handcrafted Smiles to see what they would do for me. They suggested that before making an entirely new guard, they refit it for me by making some adjustments in the office. The refit worked great, and they didn't charge me for it. I can't thank them enough for saving me $1,000. Its nice to know there are still honest dentists out there!

Let's talk about kind, considerate and professional. Now that doesn't quite cut it, let's say thorough in every way.
