I love Hands on Wellness. The chiropractors are amazing and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and pain free. I typically see Dr. Sheldon (who I love), but saw Dr. Dan yesterday and I was seriously impressed. I felt like a whole new woman leaving the office yesterday and was completely relaxed after his adjustment and have zero pain. I didn’t realize how badly I needed to be adjusted.

I also love that they offer so many other services. A naturopathic doctor, acupuncture, energy healing etc. It’s a full service wellness office with practitioners you can trust. I highly recommend them!

Really great vibes at this place. Really spacious and beautiful inside. There's a really beautiful painting in the bathroom that is hard to capture bc there's stark overhead lighting in the bathroom. Like the business, it just puts me at ease. It feels wasted hidden in the bathroom, wish it was out front!

Trista and her team are amazing! The adjustment for my back and neck are always perfect! The office is large and beautifully decorated. They also perform massages at a VERY fair price, especially considering the quality! I am very happy this office is so successful and its because of the way they treat their patients! The new guy Mark I think it is, he is really good about how he evaluates and discusses what brings you in and really easy to talk to. He did a full spinal adjustment and really did a great job! I am very impressed all around!!

This is the Best Chiropractic and general wellness center I've ever been to. I have a damaged neck and back from a car accident and chronic migraines. Dr. J is an amazing chiropractor, he pays attention to detail and works his adjustment based on your individual problems. As a bonus he is also super funny and spiritual. I feel 150% better every time I leave and if I don't he will fit you in almost anytime the next day to adjust his procedures to help you feel your best. Evelyn is a great masseuse for spasms and knots. The most important aspect of this business is the front counter staff... they are kind caring and always accommodating. Everyone makes you feel special and happy in your time of need!!!

I have been going to this place for a lot of years and I think this business is fantastic! The massages I have received have been great and I have seen a lot of therapist there and they can use whatever pressure you prefer. If you want a specific type of massage or pressure you can ask the helpful ladies on the phone or at the desk and they will suit your needs to the correct therapist. The adjustments I have received from the chiropractors here have also been really good! I live in Anaheim and drive 20 minutes to go here so that should say something about this business. All the employees and wonder are enjoyable to be around and great at their jobs! The ladies at the front desk take care of all your needs and the business and add tremendously to this business and make it an enjoyable visit from start to finish and I have come to enjoy going there.

Friendly, relaxing, inviting place. Never a problem scheduling an appointment. They will always work you in. There is never a long wait. Dr. Trista Shelton rocks. She's very approachable. Listens to your concerns and asks questions before adjustments. I have had a massage only a handful of times, but they were pretty relaxing. The massage therapists asks you if you have any problems and what kind of pressure you like. All in all a very nice place. I would highly recommend it and I have. I have referred my husband and my son and my friends daughter also sees Dr. Shelton.

Josh is a miracle worker. I was in town for work and the long flight from Chicago caused my back to lock up. When I got to my hotel my back started to spasm so I got a session with Josh that afternoon. He got me moving again; unlocked my stuff joints, improved my flexibility and I was moving in directions I haven’t for months… all in one session. Cant express how grateful I am that he got me healthy again. Anybody with back pain knows how debilitating it can be. I would recommend him to anybody.

I love the chiropractors here! Dr. J always has helpful advice and tips for helping my neck and back symptoms in between visits. The rest of the admin staff is terrific too. They always remember you and treat you with care.
