I wish I could give no stars. We walked in to get my grandmas walker and we’re greeted by a salesperson who said the price for our requested walker is $249. However she said to hold on and wait for manager to come in to store. Manager came in and took the sticker off of walker (first red flag) went back and forth with office to make it seem like wrong price was given. She acknowledged that her salesperson called my mom yesterday and told her $299 which I was willing to pay regardless even if $249 was the price given at the door. She shouted back and forth at my mom and said she can’t give us the chair for free she will give it at $350. We could not believe the hustle and LYING of this woman who “owns” the shop. She chased us outside then locked the door on us. I should’ve checked reviews of this place. This kind of place needs to be SHUT DOWN! I’m sure they hustle poor fragile elderly who cave in to their raised prices literally at the counter as we’re checking out. PLEASE check on your disabled or elderly relatives to ensure they don’t fall victim to places like this. So heartbreaking to witness

Called looking for a Christmas tree oxygen connector and Jacqueline was very helpful as I couldn’t find one in Santa Clarita valley . She also waiited until I got there as I had a 30 minute drive . Thank you for the help she saved the day for a person that needs oxygen !!!! Thank you !!!!

The owner Jackie is so so rude. She was a provides horrible service and poor attitude. DO NOT use this company for anything!!!!!!! She doesn’t respect any costumer. The quality of the medical product was at its worst! When I complained bad quality my product, she just shouted to get out of my store. The owner said she doesn't mind bad rumors about her store because she has a lot of work to do and she doesn't need any more customers. I've never had such a terrible experience.

DO NOT use this company for anything!!!!!!! The service, attitude of Jacqueline - the manager is beyond dishonest and charges people into the thousands without proper authorization and without proper grounds without notification. Currently investigating her as items we rented from her were paid for by insurance yet she also charged us full price on top of that. Double fraudulent money in her pocket. She was rude, belligerent, and dismissive to even discuss what we were so sure to be an error. Reviews on this site say the same. With all sincerity BEWARE!!!!
Add insult to injury, she charged without cause despite rental to her return in pristine condition. Once she found out that our loved one that has used the machine died, she then cashed in by charging thousands of dollars for a CPAP that was already fully covered by insurance and returned before its time. A business that suppose to help the sick instead deepens the burden and takes them and the system for their money, refuses to acknowledge, and dismisses them in humiliation from the office. Our plan is to prosecute to the fullest extent possible so that no other family or individuals have to deal with circumstances like this again. Had to give one star to post. The one star goes towards the ability to cheat and swindle.

The manager/owner Jacqueline is rude. Very unprofessional. Her accent makes it difficult to communicate with and to understand her. Because of the language barrier, she quickly become agitated, yells on the phone, then hangs up as if the issue is going away. Provides horrible service and poor attitude.

This company is shady. My mother"s electric hospital bed was not working properly. This company was recommended by the nursing home. I was led to believe that I had to use this business. They wanted $75 plus tax to come out and assess the problem and wanted payment first. My bad and being dumb I agreed. Big mistake. The service person came but I was late. I asked there office to have the tech wait but he had to leave for another job. WELL, since I had paid in advance, there was no need to wait since they had their money. I called two other business and they didn't require payment up front. The company I chose not only didn"t want payment up front but no payment until they look at the bed. The biggest thing is paying sales tax on a service. Bottom line , do your research and keep this company off the list.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!
The owner was terribly rude and aggressive toward my mother, demanding her property and claiming that we stole supplies from her when we returned exactly everything that was delivered to us in the first place. After reading everyone else’s reviews nothing that happened surprises me. This lady will be stopped and cannot treat people with disrespect!

If I can give zero, I would. Their customer service is awful! They were supposed to deliver a box of disposable chuck and never happened, so I had to pick it up myself. When I brought it home, the quality was so bad that it looked like it was sitting there for years. I asked to see if I can get it exchanged, the guy, I think it's the owner or something, told me to bring it in, so I did. He was looked at it and was asking me what was the matter with it. I asked him, don't you see what's wrong with it? It looks like it's almost about to rip, and his reply was, "Go to another place." So I did. What kind of customer service is that. I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy. How could you do a business like that? Boy, a sad case...
