Went for an annual physical last week. Dr. Fouad did a routine physical, reviewed blood test and listen / discussed current physical issues. I've had a handful of former family physicians. Dr. Fouad has been my family physician for the last three / four years. Very rare for a family physician nowadays to take the time to discuss physical issues and recommendations. Great bedside manner.

Very disappointed in the way this office conducts business. First and foremost - don't even attempt to call the office for a visit unless you have taken a COVID test.

We called the office with flu like symptoms on a Thursday morning - 0800. They wouldn't even consider seeing my husband without a Covid test. Had a test taken - would only still do a zoom appointment. Even though my husbands symptoms including chest tightness and difficulty breathing. I asked that they submit for him to have a chest xray - the Dr stated that they submitted for the chest xray to insurance - prescribed him cough medicine and said to call back Tuesday if symptoms continued.

Tuesday rolls around - call the office at 0900 to follow up regarding the chest xray and let the office know that my husband has had (since Thursday) a fever ranging from 101-104. The front office advised us that the order for the xray was never submitted to insurance and that they were 'now' sending an urgent message to the dr regarding the symptoms and the follow up for the xray. The staff advised my husband to stand by his phone because they would call him back between their next patient. Well, 1400 rolls around, no call from the office and no follow up with our "urgent message".

We call the office once again to be told that the xray was barely submitted at 1400 and there was still no update from the dr but they were going to send ANOTHER urgent message to the dr. Enough is enough and I finally rushed my husband to the emergency room where they immediately did an xray and found that he had pneumonia. Which could have been addressed last Thursday but was sorely missed due to negligence. You might assume the Dr called us Tuesday with all the "urgent messages" that were sent "high priority". But no, there was crickets from this office. I am so disappointed at this office.

1. Customer service lacks.
2. Only willing to see healthy patients
3. Pure negligence when calling with "high priority" symptoms

Dr. Fouad has great bedside manner, he pretends to listen and is very friendly. He also will make you wait for 45 minutes prior to being seen and will bill your insurances for services he did not provide (insurance fraud). I also had the experience of him adding notes to my records about consultations that were not provide as well as not thoroughly reviewing my blood work. If you choose to use him you will be over billed and mislead.

A big thank you to Dr. Hany Fouad who managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule to deal with a frightening issue. He got me the help I needed. Always remember to be thankful when doctors see you—they never know how much time a patient will need and may be late for appointments. We are thankful for Dr. Fouad and his kindness and expert treatment and advice!

Known Doctor Fouad for years He listens and goes the extra mile. I saw him and then my teenage boys saw him. They were comfortable with him. When I see him in public like the mall he would still greet me even when he was with his family I’ve never seen him in the office he is in, but I have had great experience with Dignity Healthcare
