I first had a hearing test about 3 years ago and although I decided to hold off getting hearing aids I was so impressed by their staff that when I decided I needed to do something I knew I wouldn’t check out any place else.
In August I returned and decided the time was right. I got them and not only am I very happy with the aids, I’m even happier with their support in every issue I’ve had. They not only solve my problem but do it with such a pleasant attitude that I’d never go anywhere near lse.

I needed a hearing aid repair and live in Chatham and Atlanta. The aids were purchased in Atlanta where I've been going for 25 years. I told the receptionist at Harborside that I didn't remember whether my aids were under warranty and was told I didn't need to check with my provider on this which I assumed meant they would check it out. I was charged $150 for the repair part, (it took 5 minutes to install ) but with no mention of warranty coverage. The following day , to add insult to injury, I got a call informing me that I was being charged an additional $55. for an office visit!! This is all when I'd never even laid eyes on an audiologist! A few weeks ago I had the same problem with the other aid and went to my Atlanta resource. Guess what. No charge. Under warranty.

The best place to go, by far! So friendly and knowledgeable, they really look after you. They have a really wide range of hearing aids to choose from, and are especially careful to get the right match for your needs. Highly recommended!
