I am a patient here and have exams every 3 months due to my type 1 diabetes. Dr Cooper refused to touch me because I am not vaccinated for covid(I have other health conditions and the vaccine could do serious harm to me). I didn't even think a doctor could refuse to do a simple diabetes foot exam that I needed done so I could send it to the program I'm in that pays for my Insulin costs, yet they of course will bill my insurance. I think it is ridiculous to make someone feel belittled over a personal choice they had to make. I am someone who never goes out and works from home. The nurses and the person who drew my blood had no issue doing their jobs, but my doctor won't even examine me?

Registered Dietitian Sarah Desjardin gets a rave review from me. She went through my entire diet with me, and gave me an extensive hand written list of diet recommendations specific to my food preferences. She made me comfortable and was very encouraging. So helpful!

Not only do they make the medical billing work to their advantage and unnecessarily, they can’t seem to figure out how to set up a payment plan for a college student! Despite at least 6 calls to get payments made, they STILL CANT get it right! They send it to collections vs. doing what they are suppose to! You would think after the countless calls I have made to the office and to the billing department, that someone would get it right! Nope!!! I will work with the collections agency in hopes they can get it right! You think withdrawals are being made based on what is arranged and committed...think again!
Find alternative care! Shout out to all UMASS facilities.

This place was awful! When I first showed up at the desk, no one was there for a good 15 minutes. Then, a nurse comes up to me and is extremely rude! When the nurse practitioner comes in and rushes through the appointment, ignoring everything I said. Then, I go to leave and all the lights are off. They had “closed” while I was there- it was 12:15pm. Crazy! Time to switch my primary care- this was the worst expierence yet!

Canceled my appointment same day with less than an hour’s notice, then when I tried to call back as requested I was on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered before I finally just left a voicemail and gave up...yikes. I told the staff I have medications I need to refill ASAP and they won’t do it without an appointment. Not happy with the glaring indifference here.

1st time being here!! Place is huge, well organized and most importantly super clean. Staff are amazing, really nice staff that work here and they are very helpful. Just don’t hesitate to ask any help! They will do their best to help you out.
