Update: I received a lovely personal email apology from Dr. Harter. I'm glad you're actively working on your email system. I'd also recommend putting in a filter so you don't email people who've never lived anywhere close to your state, aka: Makes me wonder who you potentially purchased these lists from in the first place.
I see you have lots of excellent reviews, so I'd probably try you out, were I in KS.

Jana W. and the whole staff at Cheney Harter PT were fabulous to work with during BOTH of my total knee replacements. It’s not the easiest thing to go through and they were kind and compassionate, but yet still pushed me through the tough times to make progress. I’m back to the gym and feel great!

Jana is the best she helped rehab my first knee replacement and found other issues with my neck and back. After back and neck surgeries she got me back on track. I had my other knee replacement done this January and Jana has been great getting me back as close to normal as possible. She and the staff at cheney are great.
