On my initial appointment, I showed the receptionist where there were some spelling errors in the practice's manifesto. She took offense great enough to stand up and ask me to leave. She then followed me and bolted the door when I left shooing me with her hand. Thus was after a very vehement declaration - more than once - that I wasn't going to get pain killers of any kind from that doctor... don't need them but, oh!

It was surreal and I have never been treated like such a criminal. I'm sure there is video of this non-incident if the doctor is interested in how his receptionist treats people. She is probably the one who wrote (I mean, took dictation of) the manifesto complete with the incorrect grammar and spelling. Sigh. This is a troubled place to work or be examined, I think.

Since being on the Cape, we had great difficulty in finding doctors, let alone good ones. Dr. Hass and his team have been a welcome family doctor for us all. His caring, compassionate nature and his ability to make you feel that you are important and not just a medical file on their shelves was refreshing. Making appointments was easy and not months in the waiting. He listens to your concerns and makes helpful solutions. I especially like that he does not force drugs/medications on you which I’m finding many medical professionals do these days. You will be happy with his practice and care.

Very satisfied with Dr. Hass, and his staff are warm, friendly and wonderful! I had an appt. yesterday and Dr. Hass was quickly able to identify my issue with an instrument he had in his office, so needless to say it wasn't necessary for me to go to another specialist. Dr. Hass is very knowledgeable, professional, and with his expertise ordered up some blood work to rule out any potential health concerns.

Back in February I needed to find a new PCP because my PCP of 7 years had moved off the cape. It is very difficult to find a new PCP on the cape taking new patients but I was able to get in with Dr. Hass and will be forever grateful to him. On April 20th, 2023, I had my first appointment with Dr. Hass. During the exam, he felt a mass in my abdomen that he thought should be further investigated. He referred me for a cat scan that was completed on April 26th. The results of this scan showed that the mass was in fact a large tumor on my right kidney. Fast forward to June 16th after additional tests and scans, I had my right kidney removed by Dr. Gennaro Carpinito at Tufts Medical. Biopsy of the tumor showed it to be cancer. Fortunately further testing showed that the cancer had not advanced any further and I am cancer free with less than 5% of this type coming back. I will always be extremely grateful to Dr Hass for the thoroughness of his care.

Dr. Hass' office is fantastic, him and his whole staff. Since first seeing him it was very obvious that he genuinely cares and was concerned for my health and well being. It's not an office that makes you feel like some random shmuck. Highly recommended!
