I have been seeing Dr.Shih for many years. He is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. The women that work there are very helpful. They help me get meds approved thru my insurance company. This is a good doctors office

The practitioners are decent and the office staff is fine, but they need some help with scheduling. Multiple times I’ve had to reschedule my appointment after waiting 30+ minutes in the waiting room (including today!) They regularly overbook and waste their patients time. It is very reasonable to expect to be seen at your appointment time, otherwise what is the point of making an appointment? If you want to feel like a cog in the mass health machine this is a great place to go. If you value your time and energy, go somewhere else.

The office staff is always very friendly and polite. I’m always greeted with a smile. The Drs and practitioners take the time to get to know you so I felt comfortable after my very first visit. The office is clean and there never is a long wait to see your Dr.

The NP there is so unprofessional. Had a follow visit, guy didn't even tell me his name. Sadly, i will never ever go back. You can 1000% tell this guy hates his job. Run from this place if it is not Dr. Shih

Dr.Shih is extremely patient, caring and really listens to all of my concerns. I never ever leave there feeling like I wasn't helped to the whole staffs best of their abilities.. Thank you to Dr.Shih and all the girls at the front who go above and beyond as well.
