Absolutely not the only thing this hospital has going for It is a few good BHS some really good per diem occupational therapist and BECKYYYY girl you’re amazing give this women a raise , but they told me when I got there that I was going to a detox center. I got there and it was a behavioral health hospital with “dual diagnosis “ 45 minutes Monday through Friday. Don’t want them to miss lead you like they did me. Ive been dealing with my mental health and my addiction for the last good decade. Has Really showed me that I just don’t feel safe and comfortable asking for help the next time I go to need it. This hospital scared me and I’m honestly think it should be shut down. Do better, do better for the people that go there do better for those with mental health. Tell the doctor that is so stuck in his old ways behavioral health has changed in the last 20 years let alone the last three do better peoples lives depend on these kind of places it’s hard enough to even ask for help … All I can say is do better

The place is a dump! The pictures on website are very misleading, and most BHA's are incredibly condescending. Will say both Physc and Med doctors were very good. The wing I was on was completely delapated. Mold in and ceiling vents, wood wrought around sinks and water fountains. All in all I would never comeback here again. One last note, there were some patients who did not belong on the same wing as most others.

I still feel extremely triggerd by this place, over a week later and still having nightmares, this place should be shut down. I still smell the guy who was my roommate. Don't know why they let him ferment in his own filth.....and left his urine and fecal staind cloths in a pile in the room. The staff injoyed using there positions to berate and cut down the mentally ill. They enjoy laughing at other people...just another thing for my ptsd to get set off...

I just visited my son there. I have never seen him this bad off. The staff are rude. The place is dirty. My son’s clothes were stolen and nothing is being done. If you can go somewhere else definitely go this place should be shut down.

My son was admitted there on Tuesday and I am really scared. After reading the reviews I didn't want him to go there.
So far however so good. Nicole the receptionist was a caring light on day one. Maria, Jan, Lauren also showed compassion on days I visited (or tried to.) Andrew the security guard was also very kind in showing me the ropes. Jenny the nurse answered my questions and walked us through the release of information process. Lastly Melissa the social worker would get this place 5 stars on her own. I felt I could trust her and not only did she LISTEN she HEARD me! She learned about my son's behaviors to fairly help him. He should be home tomorrow or Tuesday. I will come back and update the rating after. I want to make sure I document the whole experience for others. I know how scary and important this is to those of us facing these crisises. Blessings to you all.

The worst hospital in the world. The doctor met with my husband for 2 minutes and said to his face no body like him here. My husband so sweet he friends with everybody and he shared snack that we brought to him. How can you diagnose someone without talking to the patient? I have other friends that have the worst experience there, too. Don’t go there or put your love one there. I’m so mad that they treated my husband that way. And i try to call about the Bill. No response. But they put our bill into debt collection. I’m not sure how it would affect our credit. If I have a choice I would rate this doctor-0.

My friend was just in there. She stayed 3 days and then gave up her right to leave. She wanted some extra help over the weekend. A new doctor came in and forced her to stay another 4 days. I just told her I'm glad that she's starting to feel better and she responded with, "Starting to. But the place they sent me to was horrible I can't even begin to describe how awful they treat people" That is straight from the mouth of a patient of this place

Well, Human Services is in severe crisis. With that said, places like these are not properly funded. They are in fact dreary dumps, dirty and falling apart inside and out. They serve subpar food that will inflame your bowels while a patient here. Those working at this facility are not paid well, they have problems of their own and they try to take care of human animals that are ill in various ways.

If we want places like these to run properly, money is needed to pay the employees a decent wage, money is needed to get decent psychiatrists in to diagnose and spend time doing so with the patients here. Currently, the doctor here meets with you for a few minutes, then another doctor meets with you for a few minutes then wham…you have new meds and you are on your way back home or you are retained in this dump that feeds you processed, cheap food that messes with your guts while a patient there. I’m still trying to have normal bowel movements after being released from this facility over a month ago.

In the USA, funding is NOT properly allocated to taking care of the human beings in this country. We no longer have people in this country that want to do the kind of work it takes to care for the mentally, emotionally, drug addicted human animals we have running around this country.. Many of those doing this work are OVERWORKED and exhausted, some are just in it briefly for a paycheck and couldn’t care less but most in this line of work are truly just trending water….they see a lot, they are abused on a daily basis verbally, physically and mentally…. they are under payed and we expect them to show up with a smile. LOL. You are all expecting way too much from your fellow human animals that do this work. This country has lost it’s way…greed has taken over and true humanitarians are far and few between.

I give it 3 stars only for the workers here that show up with a slight smile…it must be very difficult to muster.

Go up
