Our entire family has been visiting Dr. Atul and Dr. Neha at Prime Dental Haverhill for years, and we couldn't be happier with the care we receive. I went to Haverhill prime dental haven't been to a dentist in over 30 years. I was very pleased with Dr Bansil and his hygienist Nicole. Nicole especially was very kind and very patient with me. I felt like family.I would highly recommend this Dentist. I had 14 extractions in one day and it went very good. Dr.Bansal and Nicole are the best ever!!!!! Thanks again Dr Bansil and of course you Nicole !!!

I have never experienced more incompetent people in my entire life, I had an appointment set up for 3 weeks and because they didn't see me hit C for confirm in a text message confirmation and I didn't answer my phone they canceled my appointment on me! I would not recommend going there as they seem to just want to shift you around and do everything possible to make you wait it out so you have to spend more! If I could give a zero I would

Horrible went in for a cleaning all i got was a 2 min polish job then this new Dr Lyn comes in with a drill hits where a cavity was makes me jump… that wasn't a cleaning … no flossing no picking nothing just a drill and polish?!?!? Rip off and Then went back for fillings worst ever idea ever!!!!I have never felt the needle like that before ! Ever! She had to numb me more and she put it places that hurt even worse. My teeth are in so much pain i cant even chew ! All after just getting fillings!? Then a piece of the tool fell off in my mouth! Thank god i sat up right away i was going to swallow it ! Never in the 30 years I've been going to dentists have i ever had this rough, painful horrible experience. I do not recommend at all!
