I highly recommend Hayden Lake Family Physicians. The staff members are kind and helpful. Nicholas Bozarth, PA, and his nurse Christina go above and beyond for their patients. When my insurance stopped excepting a prescription I was taking, and needed, they explored my options which saved me hundreds. They actually care about their patients and you don't see that often.

This office is well organized and efficient. The front staff is quick getting me checked in. Last year, I made a mistake regarding insurance, and the lady in charge of the billing was helpful with the process of resolving it. My provider, Francis de Tar, is great. He listens and explains the path forward without talking down to me.

In all my years I've never had a doctor's office so efficient with their scheduling. There isn't a waiting room overflowing with people waiting to see a doctor. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. Even after being taken back to the exam room, the wait time is very minimal.

Dr. Riske is such a caring doctor and knowledgeable about the latest studies and treatments.

Would not recommend unfortunately.I saw two different physicians assistants. First I saw Rachel Porter, and she is very kind but there was just so much miscommunication. Not sure if that was totally on her, or also on the front office’s part, but I felt very brushed off during my visit and even treated rudely by the front office for not knowing what I wasn’t told when I had called back originally to explain my condition had worsen. Her availability is also very limited which could impact how quickly you can be seen by her specifically and how quickly she gets to your labs or results.

I was then seen by Fran because Rachel wasn’t available, and my condition had worsen. Amazing experience with him. He took a lot of time to review my case. I appreciated that a lot. He is the reason I am giving my experience 2 stars instead of 1.

I ended up finding out that I was given a treatment regimen that was not ideal for my condition. I am sure it was a honest mistake, but unfortunately that has impacted me negatively.

I have been going to HLFP since 2001. I have always left 5 star reviews but the new system has caused me great concern for my health. I have had an issue with one of the providers, but the other two have given me excellent service. However I feel that they do not have the experience and knowledge to take care of an elderly patient. I’m 71 and have a variety of health issues. If I had the money I would have stayed with Dr. Brososky but I already have Medicare and a great secondary. FEP Blue and can’t afford to pay more. The staff has always been so courteous and other than not being able to see a doctor, the clinic has always served me well.

My doctor is Dr. Arlie Esau. He is my concierge doctor. I’ve Them less than a year. Anytime I need to see doctor. I see one within 24 hours. They are Caring, professional, and they respect my opinion on my health. The receptionist, back office Nurses and Lab Technicians Are all professional and kind.
Concierge doctors are a great option. My last Dr. took five minutes with me and I was dismissed. Concierge doctors spend 45 minutes, For each appointment. I’ve never felt rushed, patronized or dismissed.
I highly recommend Hayden Lake family physicians. They Have an amazing practice.

Johnathan Adams, PA is absolutely wonderful. He listens to me, he never rushes me, he gives me good health advice. He's a great PA I would recommend him to anyone.

Very disappointed with this practice. Dr. Brososki was our family physician for the last 20 years. Recently, we were informed Dr. Brososki was no longer our physician due to this premiere service all the doctors bought into called Signature MD. However if we wanted to retain Dr. Brososki, we would need to cough up $1500 a year. Otherwise you will be stuck with their nurse practitioners and physician assistants (not doctors). It is extremely upsetting that this practice cares only for their financial gain and not the genuine patient care. This type of service only caters to the wealthy POS transplants that can afford it here. Sadly we will be looking for a new family physician that actually takes patient care seriously.
