I am SO relieved & happy to have now found this clinic & Dr. Tucker! After trying & being denied not once but twice to get in with our now previous vet in Warrior with our sick pet, I called Hayden Vet Clinic & they graciously offered us a same day appointment. The entire staff was so friendly. Dr. Tucker & her tech were very thorough & informative & so very nice & understanding. We are so happy Ollie got the prompt care he needed & now has a hometown vet for all his future needs! Thanks so much for all you do!

There are pros and cons to this place, First pros- staff amazing and friendly
Nice and clean space
They seems to really care about the animals
Main doctor( owner amazing)
Cons- Full payment at time of service( they basically hold your pet until you pay them).
They take your pet and don't like you to go back when given shots. Also, will charge you for things like food and items you didn't ask for. I had an extra $20 on bill for food.
Plus you need a ln appoinutment-can you say emergency....
Lastly, our story Doctor that helps out was there. We came in with our big boy and was having trouble walking,. We told her he had a seizure or something. This doctor didn't even touch our dog she said he has spine issues and we will need to keep him. I said what about the seizures she said it's just pain. They took him away. She was very irritated that I asked questions. So I left him and go home. She calls me(pro that doctor personally calls you) and tells me he needs to go to a University for spine surgery. Mind you he didn't do anything to be injured. Any way shortening the story. I went and got him and went home with meds and a decision to make. After meds he was still not better. We took him to another vet after I spent around 900 at this one. Went to another vet who looked and labs that this office had done and said he has liver issues and was having SEIZURES!!! Which I specially said he was having orginally. They gave him meds for seizures and his liver but it was to late. He died from a seizure the following day. I will go back to this place when the regular doctor is in but never the other one. My dogs life could have been saved if she had listened to what we were telling her. The regular doctor will call with updates too- which I love and is a huge plus. Wish could give more stars but our boy is gone.

I have known some of the staff here for years. They are dedicated and caring. Ginger gets all her annual vaccinations as well as dental cleaning. I would not go anywhere else.

My baby had surgery on the 15th to have what could be cancer removed from her mouth. We Love our Dr.Tucker and the staff. Far the Best since Dr.stewart retired.

Thank you to Dr. Tucker and her team! Everyone there took such great care of our Nigerian Dwarf goat after we found him limping on his front leg. They were able to get us an appointment quickly to make sure he received the care that he needed.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL! Dr. Tucker & the staff are some of the most amazing people I know. They are so caring & supportive. We had to put my dog down who they all loved too.

We had to take our best girl and family dog, Lolly of 15years to be euthanized here. Hardest decision we have ever had to make and I wanted to let everyone know how wonderful they were to us and our precious Lolly! They made sure she was heavily sedated before starting her IV, they loved on her, after she passed Amber, a wonderful vet tech made paw, mouth and nose imprints for us and cut her hair and put that in a keepsake jar for us to keep. She even swaddled our baby up for us in her favorite blanket as tight as a newborn baby so we could take her home and bury her on our property. I’ll always remember and thank them for their kindness. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, our Lolly girl is finally at peace now!

Very polite and attentive staff. We get notifications when vaccines are due. Very reasonably priced services. We make our appointments in advance to ensure that our fur babies are up to date with wellness checks. We also have all of our dogs' nails trimmed here.
I recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a very professional veterinarian. Thanks for keeping our babies healthy doc.
