Nursing staff excellent! However, administrator lack professionalism, Laleen Datt. Very sarcastic during care conference about my moms care and fsmily questions, even though she knows I am a medical professional….MD. Instead of concentrating on the issues of my mom, and plans for discharged, she talked about politics, stating that she is democrat, and in a democratic state, and also telling me to shut up During the care conference, even though I am the eldest son of the patient, financial supporter, as well as a medical professional, knowing the issues. During the entire conference, she only bites in to show that she is the one in charge, but really does not know the issues. She keeps on repeating questions, even though it was answered by her social workers. She is not attentive during the care conference, and always looking at her clock, as if she was in a hurry. This type of unprofessional worker that should serve the interest of the patient and their family should never be tolerated. I abhor this type of behavior, which is totally unacceptable in a medical profession which deals with caring people as well as their families. Stay away from this facility

The receptionist and nurses at Hayward Health Care were very kind and friendly. I enjoyed talking to everyone at the facility and look forward to going back for another visit. My brother is getting excellent care and I feel confident the team will do what's best for him and my family.

Hello, I went to visit my mom(Margeret Nand) and very impressed with how I was greeted from the stuff members.

I really would like to personally thant the P/T stuff and also her nurse was with her at the time for therapy. I would definitely recommend 👌 to other pple about our facility.

The staff are excellent everyone are kind and professional thank you at first my husband don’t want to stay but after 2 days im glad his so happy therapy are great even aid nurse kitchen engener all of them i would like to thsnks all the staff there above and beyond god bless you all .

I was just asking for a quick tour, but I ended up touring the whole building and met with the administration. everyone was so nice and friendly!!!! Great customer service and Care!!!

Dump. Old and I inadequate. Wait forever for the call light response. Cafeteria food and no selection of alternatives. American cheese? Really awful and no TV. Falling apart. Overall horror with patients screaming and plenty of excuses

My mom was in this rehabilitation facility for two weeks. The staff catered to my mom's needs. To be honest it wasn't a happy place to be in, however it was needed for her recovery and they did just that. The nurses and therapist did exactly what they needed to do, to get her out of there and home in a timely matter. Noemi one of the upper staff administrators and Nona the coordinator/ case manger were superb. Both ladies were very helpful, informal and super nice with all ofour questions and needs! To all the other staff working there and with my Mom thank you!
