Absolutely the best place to buy power lift chairs/recliners. They carry good variety and their prices are much lower than the other stores in the Bay area. Their service is also very friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure sales. Many other stores we checked in south Bay were way over priced and lacking any noticeable customer service. These guys made sure that this was the right fit and addressed all possibilities to get the right color match etc; no one else at other stores including the ones with high positive reviews, took those steps to satisfy the customer (they were only interested in selling their stuff).
Their delivery is also great and are very friendly to address any questions and issues promptly; something that is lacking in other similar stores we checked.

Worse customer service ever. Just told if I didn’t buy a wheelchair from here he wouldn’t want to waste his time helping me per the owners guidance.slightly out of context but not far off as he walked away not even trying to want to engage a simple conversation. He said I am taking it personally, well yeah!?! I suppose I should take my business elsewhere...no problem cause I know other businesses that would love to help me. Bye Felicia!
