joke of a business. Often not there when she stated she would be, at least 3 separate loose window appointments with her (she said to come between #-#). when actually showed, easily did so an hour late. Finally specifically was going to order a different version of what I already had used, litterally same brand & type with additional stabalizer for newer issue. said it was 'in' a number of days later. completely different product, minimal support, and as usual she was absent.
