My surgery was not a life & death type experience, but one that was necessary on my foot. I have to say I was extremely positively impressed with my stay and treatment at HCA. I did not encounter a single person from my arrival at 6 AM until my discharge several hours later who was not pleasant and as upbeat as you can be in that environment. I told several people over the next couple of days about how positively I was impressed and several of them had also been patients there. They instantly agreed with what I was saying and said that had also been their treatment as a patient. I’m not anxious for more medical care 🫣but would not hesitate to be a return patient.

My first time being a patient at HCA every one was so nice my pre op nurse Sade was very helpful and nice. Dr James, Robert and Betty explained everything to me during the process when I arrived to the OR. My post op nurse Jessica was very caring because I was experiencing some shortness of breath and nausea from the anesthetic.

Had a wonderful experience can't forget the registration staff Ms Keisha she was handling the department with no complaints and she had a beautiful smile that made my day.

She deserves 5 stars.

I went there for post op on 2/20. I should of never went as I was coming down with something & I got extremely cold waiting. I did have a mask on to. I was told by email & TOC my appt. was 12noon. I waited for 2 hours before they called me back. I got extremely cold waiting. Then the nurse finally called me back she informed me they didn't take appts & that she said we tell patients to come between 11am & 12noon. I told her that's not what I was told. I ended up canceling my surgery after all that. As I came down with a bacterial infection. My experience was bad. I rebooked my surgery for outpatient instead.

From the moment you walk in everyone is polite, professional, and extremely caring. We ended up having bad news but they showed excellent bedside manner and answered all our questions and helped formulate a plan for moving forwards. I know you usually don't have much choice in hospitals, but if you do, these people will treat you well. Particularly Dr.Douso and our main nurse Shannon

I have had several experiences with HCA and I love them all. My youngest son was born here in 2023, and I've had two other surgeries here as well. I always feel like I'm in 100% amazing capable hands. I have no complaints; every need has always been attended to quickly

Recently needed to go to ER. At the time, it was not busy. I was called back within 2 minutes. I was seen by an excellent RN. Then Dr. Martin. He listened to my symptoms with honest concern. Ordered a CT scan of head, and appropriate labs.
After he evaluated the CT, he advised me to consider being admitted for further work up, which I did.
It did take awhile to get me into a room, however, once I was, the floor nurse, nursing assistant, and phlebotamist assessed me very quickly.
Dr. Acosta was the attending Dr. on my floor. He was very approachable,thorough, and listened to all my concerns. Made a plan of care that covered all I needed. I was most impressed with him, as with Dr. Martin, in the ER.
The nurses, aids, physical therapist were all professional and attentive.
No bad attitudes, even dietary was attentive. I would not hesitate to go to this hospital again. Being that I've had 50 years experience in the medical field, I can say I was truly impressed with the level of care and attentiveness.

I appreciated all personnel that worked my case while I was in your hospital, from the service personnel who kept my room clean to the food person who brought me my food. The nurses and assistants were wonderful. It was great to be able to find out a little able their life as well as them taking care of me. Everyone was considerate and professional. From pre-op services to nursing to the doctors everything was done appropriately. Thank you all for your support and care for my health. I would recommend this hospital to others in the future.

My experience with HCA was very positive. Everything from pre-op to the actual surgery was a positive experience. The HCA staff were friendly, professional and courteous. This was my first time being in the hospital and my first surgery. The HCA staff helped alleviate any anxiety I may have had and I credit this to the staff actually caring about their patients. The work atmosphere seemed to be jovial as I observed the staff smiling, laughing and joking with one another which holds down the tension. I can't thank the staff enough for taking care of me and keeping my wife informed every step of the way.
