I was there for 9 day (diverticulitis) every surgeon wants to operate and their surgeons said no, every day 6 of them would come and talk to me. Beatriz Arenas and Bianca Fernández both the 4e managers were in every room every day asking all us patients how we're being treated they were fantastic.
Lab phlebotomy Lissette Carbor had the the most gentle touch, and kept you so relaxed.
The nurses alll of them all shifts were excellent Dayana, Johanna, Yandry, Diana, michel, and Alvaro all of usbwere on 1st name bases
In 9 days I grew to appreciate the professionalism to a point I would have never Imagined. I am so happy to see the new hospital and to see there growth , because I remember went the reviews were not so pleasing

Brought mom to HCA Kendall Hospital on bird road and 117th ave (old Kendall regional) for a very small un invasive procedure they told us to be here at 5:00am. At first all was running nice and smooth. Arrived at 4:40am and they didn’t take her in until 10:00am. Supposedly she was the second patient. Nurse Miguel was very nice but the wait was unbearable and unnecessary. This changed the whole experience for us. It’s not the nurses fault but just overall poor time management.
Then while I waited for her in the waiting area, I went to the mobile cafeteria right next to the elevators on the first floor lobby at the main entrance to buy a small cafe con leche 1 small croqueta & 1 small empanada (which were horrible) and they charged me $13! This place is overall ridiculous! Since HCA Florida took over all these hospitals it is all a JOKE and said by many of their very own employees / staff.

The worse Hospital i ever been. No words . I can't even describe. The nurses in that hospital are lazy . And they don't care about there patients. They give the excuse that they have alot of patients. Better to cure urself. The whole time they never change my bed. They Don't give a dam

I went to the ER at HCA Florida Kendall Regional Hospital feeling really unwell—dizzy, throwing up, and with high blood pressure. From the moment I walked in, the care I received was amazing. Nurse Howard was so kind and reassuring, Dr. Nguyen the Resident was thorough and compassionate, and Maria the admitting staff made everything smooth and welcoming. I’m truly grateful for how they treated me during a tough time.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE EVER.
I have been transferred from the ER to Kendall hospital. Then the nightmare began!
They absolutely forgot about me while I had a fully dislocated wrist. I spent 10 hours there continuously asking for updates. Suddenly I discover out of the blue I am scheduled for surgery without knowing what I exactly have and what will be the procedure. No one cared to explain. I eventually left the hospital and went to Baptist.
A couple of months later I received a nice 11k$ invoice. I called the customer services to challenge it but they do not care.

The hospital staff provided exceptional care throughout my stay demonstrating genuine compassion and professionalism at every interaction. The nurses/physicians were attentive to my needs, clearly explaining procedures and addressing concerns promptly. The physician were thorough in their assessments and treatment plans, always taking the time to answer questions. Overall, I felt well-cared for and appreciated the positive and supportive atmosphere within the hospital. I really highly appreciate all the attention received. I will highly recommend this institution for their excellent services. Dr Andrade is a great specialist. I want to highlight that the hospital called me every day the first week after the surgery procedure.

I had an excellent experience at Kendall Regional Hospital. From start to finish, the level of communication, customer service, attention, and care was exceptional. Annabelle Carrera went above and beyond to help obtain the insurance approval and ensure compliance with all requirements, making the process seamless. Julianna at registration was so helpful and thorough, making sure everything was handled efficiently. The anesthesiologist team was on another level – their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout. Special thanks to William, the post-surgery nurse, who provided outstanding care and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, the staff’s dedication and teamwork made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. I highly recommend Kendall Regional Hospital for their outstanding service and care.

My mother was life flighted to Kendall from the Keys. She passed away after being there for a few days.

However, the care she received and the treatment I received from staff was exceptional. In over a week of being there almost 24 hours a day with my mother, there isn't a single employee interaction I can complain about.

If anything, there are three ICU nurses that I would thank for their kindness and professionalism. Nurse Ashley and Nurse Jany (day shift third floor ICU) and Nurse Lizzy (night shift third floor ICU). Those young ladies were nothing short of amazing and I am thankful they were there through the toughest part.
