I recently had an experience at Kendall Hospital, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, professional, and compassionate. My nurse when I first got there was really good. Very attentive. I told My doctor when I first got there that my appendix was hurting and he checked everything but my appendix. Fast Foward to the day shift my new doctor helped me out a lot and moved very fast in preparing me for my surgery and got straight to the root of things. My day time ER nurse showed no worry in the world.

Having been admitted with a serious health issue, I received excellent care. The doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel were thorough and attentive. Monitoring me very closely and keeping my husband and myself well informed. We are grateful to the staff at Kendall for their care.

I visited Kendall Hospital in June 2024 due to premature labor pains. The staff was friendly, gentle and caring. I received excellent care, and they treated me and my husband well. I ended up being released and delivered about three weeks later at Jackson Hospital - Main. My experience was not so great. I wish I could have had my delivery at Kendall Hospital. I am getting a Kendall doctor if I have any other children. Thank you for your care and concern!

If I ever have a medical emergency or am in need of medical care, outside of my doctor's schedule hours, I only go to HCA Kendall Regional Hospital. My experience is always phenomenal and the staff and administration are always professional and attentive, to my needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical care.

Raul our nurse in the 4 west building was the best our last day at the hospital. He is a great guy and a healing nurse makes you feel wonderful inside and out. Gave great tips to get back to my Moms self. We have been in this hospital since Last Friday. Thank you for a great last day. Only thing I would change would be the food they were giving my Mom. It needs a new menu. A lot of the vegetables need to be cooked more.

Terrible experience for my elderly Father who needed a gastric tube inserted. Nurses on the 3R Floor do not know how to insert the tube and kept insisting repeatedly to do it themselves causing my Father repeated suffering. I asked his nurse Cynthia to find someone who knew how to insert the tube but, she insisted she knew how. Nurse Cynthia DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO INSERT A GASTRIC TUBE!!! Niether do the other nurses on that floor. She was very rude to me because I pointed out one of her faults. I do appreciate the helpfulness and compassion of Nurse Amanda...Thank You for your kindness.
