Welcome desk and check in nurses especially Elizabeth are always very pleasant. I continue to come to this practice because of Dr Natsha Williams.There's hardly ever a wait, she's very knowledgeable, kind and truly concerned. I never feel rushed. Dr Natsha is the BEST!

Very happy with the staff. Liz was so great and got me signed up with Kelly Romanelli as my new PCP. Diane on the phone has also been extremely helpful and enlightening. Great staff all around. Looking forward to meeting Kelly on the 7th of April.

Dr. Towbin is a great doctor. Very efficient. The ladies at the front are always super friendly and remember me by name. While the wait on the nurses call line can get long due to how many patients are calling...Nurse Jennifer is always helpful and finds the answers to my questions. My only issue is with the portal because it doesn't show whether messages were read or not and sometimes I'm not able to log in at all. But overall great team at the Jensen beach Blvd location. Thank you guys for all the hard work.

I set an appointment as a new patient and had to wait three months. When I set the appointment I put the time in my outlook calendar. When I arrived I was told the appointment was at 3:30 and not 9:30. I explained I would never set an appointment for that time. I explained I took the day off from work. I was asked if I received any text messages which I did not. I was told either come back at 3:30 or reschedule. I explained again 3:30 is not an option and I’ve already waited three months. The lady rudely told me well your appointment is at 3:30. I will find another DR and I recommend everyone else does also if they are this anti customer service from the beginning.

I have had several bad experiences here. All of it has to do with the administrative staff and scheduling dept. I like Dr. Akrami, but unfortunately I cannot put up with the administrative incompetence of HCA any more. Today was the last straw. They called me several times to confirm my appointment. I spoke with them and I confirmed that I would be there on the set date/time they confirmed. When I got there they told me that the appointment was cancelled by the patient (me). I did no such thing. I had several other issues, but like I said, this was the last straw. I’m done! Such a shame because Dr. Akrami is a very nice Dr. with good bedside manner.

HCA has the worst customer service I have had the displeasure of experiencing. Dr. Towbin, who has been my Dr as well as my family's Dr for years is the only good thing about HCA. He himself deserves 5 stars.

If you call them, expect to be put on hold for extended periods of time, and when you do get to speak to someone, they are either rude or unhelpful. I once asked to move my drs appointment to an earlier date if possible, and the receptionist cancelled my appointment while I was on the phone.

If you receive a referral from HCA, don't expect to see the doctor you were referred to. To date none of the referrals I have from here resulted in a visit.

TL;DR- you can't call them, you can't get a referral, but if you're lucky enough to get an appointment, maybe you'll see a good doctor, or maybe their receptionists will cancel it just because, I dunno

Dr. Towbin is awesome as all.
The staff there, however, could use improvement. No one ever returns a call. I had my appointment with Dr. Towbin a few days ago, and he asked me if I needed any prescription refills. I said no, but when I got home, I realized that my Hydroxozine needed a refill because it’s about two years old. I called for a refill and my phone call was never returned.
