I went to have a test done and paid the coinsurance 5/2/24. After the insurance determination, there was a credit they owe me. I contacted the billing department and they agree with the overpayment, and they told me to contact the office itself for the refund. On 6/17 I called the office to get my refund and they say Jose the manager will contact me. On 7/3 called again, they told me to send an email "attn. the manager Jose". no response. I called back on 6/17 spoke with Carlos, 7/24 and 7/31 speaking with Juan, but they told me they are not allowed to transfer the call to the manager (!?). Meanwhile, since the day I paid 5/2/24, they are keeping my money.

I've been using HCI Diagnostics Services for the past years, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service, always improving. Facility is always clean, customer service A1. Technicians are very professional. Highly recommended!

This is the most unprofessional and even neglectful place I've ever seen. They neglected to do my mom's images STAT as her doctor instructed, they took 4 days, not 24 hours and when it got to the doctor, it said NOTHING! So bad that he told his secretary never to send ANYONE there. That's not even all, the day of the test the technicians were not careful nor helpful with my elderly mother who was in pain. They made us wait an hour again with my mom in a lot of pain. But, what made me write this review is the fact that taking 4 days in a STAT MRI, they put down nothing on it for the doctor to diagnose and treat.

Avoid at all costs. Horrific experience. Unprofessional and rude. I waited over an hour before the technician told me she could not see me as she was going on a lunch break. Office personnel and manager should be more professional. The treatment itself took about 5 minutes, but the duration of my visit was over 2.5 hours!!!! It's been over a week, and my doctor has not received my results--an utter waste of time and money. I'm concerned that there are sick, vulnerable patients not getting adequate care here. They may be okay with the day-to-day stuff, but they obviously don't take care of their technicians if they can't even give them a decent lunch break, and they certainly don't know how to deal with their patients when there are issues.

This comolex is located near the Baptist Hospital. All the employees are very helpful and kind. You can get done Xrays, MRIs and other scanning procedures. You need to call before to make an appointment and try to be 30 mins before your appointment because you will need to complete some paper work. Also you need your ID and insurance card to get the precedure done.

Terrible place! Avoid at all costs! Made an appointment and they made my young daughter wait for two hours and then after asking many times what was happening the administration tells
Me oh we are having some issues you are going to have to wait at least 30
More minutes.A lot of people working there that have no idea what they are doing! Left without doing the test!

These reviews helped me select this facility and I'd like to pay it forward. I was hesitant since I was used to having my thyroid ultrasounds done at Baptist Hospital. However, my experience at this facility was very pleasant. The young lady at the front is very very sweet. The wait was not too bad; anywhere you go you will have to wait. The technician was also gentle and very caring. Will consider this for other imaging needs. Thank you HCI!
