Our recent experience with HCS was phenomenal! After trying unsuccessfully for months with another healthcare co. to have oxygen setup at my Mom's home, we switched to HCS and received oxygen in a few days. Their service and efficiency is amazing. The oxygen has already saved her a hospital stay. Thanks, HCS.

IF I could give ZERO stars I would. This has got to be the poorest-run company in healthcare! Aside from the constant turnover, the people they DO have working are horrifically unprofessional, uninterested, and do NOT do their jobs. I just spoke with a girl there- very rude, sarcastic, and kept interrupting me. I placed an order for INR supplies THREE WEEKS AGO and still don't have them. She was uninterested in why it didn't ship, didn't care to learn this to make sure it didn't happen again, and kept interrupting me when I was trying to find out more info. Basically, I was told to call back to follow up on it and get a tracking number. Wait a minute - don't WE PAY YOU to do this When I asked for an Office Manager, she said she could email him and have him call me back. I asked to hold for one, she said they don't do that. I asked the name and she said she didn't know which one would call back. I asked for her name and she very rudely spelled it like I was slow! Then she laughed. How is this company in business? Well, I am about to get to the bottom of it because I am filing with the BBB. Ridiculous!!

Lincare has went above and beyond to help me with the many needs I've had with kindness that goes above and beyond..Tia has been one of the main representatives I've dealt with repeatedly and she has shown true compassion to me personally and professionally through these rough storms I'm going through so thank you all at lincare for the awesome job an kindness you have shown me.

My cardiologist set me up with HCS for an oxygen machine that goes into my Cpap machine. I agreed to a monthly payment for the equipment. They tripled the amount of the bill that I agreed too and charged my card for way more than the agreed amount. I did some research and found a machine that I’ve been using for months that was the same price as one monthly payment for their machine. I own it outright. July I returned their machine and since then they have continued to charge my insurance company for the machine every month which I believe is called fraud since I have signed dated documents from them stating it was returned in July. They charged my debit card again on Christmas Eve without my permission for almost $600.00. So I’m currently waiting for everything to open so I can get a hold of the appropriate person to get the ball rolling on getting all of this settled. Beware of these people they are very shady.

This company is predatory. They delivered a nebulizer to my home without telling me it was a rental, then proceeded to charge us an amount that exceeds the value of the device monthly. I realized 2 months in and had them pick it up, but am stuck with the bill from the first two months. I wasted hours of my life trying to get someone on the phone who was capable of helping. I finally gave up as there is no such person.

Edit to add: I'm even more frustrated that they so quickly replied to my negative review when I've been trying to get help for months.

One day you will hear about HCS healthcare Solutions because they will make the news due to their consistent negligence regarding customers and customer care. This outfit is completely inept at anything other than billing Medicaid and Medicare. If your doctor recommends this outfit please beg him for a different recommendation. This used to be Lincare, a local company taking care of local people, they've been bought out by sharks that feed on the elderly and poor.
