I can’t say enough great things about HD Physical Therapy! From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire team is incredibly supportive and accommodating, making sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Dan and Colleen, and they have been amazing in helping me learn how to take better care of my body. They take the time to explain each exercise, ensuring I understand not only how to do it correctly but also why it’s beneficial for my body. Their focus on proper body mechanics has been invaluable in helping me prevent future injuries.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and caring team that truly invests in your recovery and well-being, I highly recommend this office!

I came to HDPT 8 weeks s/p Achilles repair surgery. I hobbled in on crutches, non weight bearing, had just got out of my cast, and I thought the level 5 pain I was experiencing daily was going to be my new normal. My surgeon did warn me it was going to be a 9-12 month rehabilitation.
I walked in hopeful and was met with the best team I could have ever imagined. The positive energy from Ed, Steve and the entire support staff helped me during a very challenging time to overcome not only the great physical challenges, but also the mental ones.
During my struggles they always gave me encouragement, helping me to focus on the small goals, pushing me to believe in myself.
HDPT not only gave me the tools I needed to reach a full recovery, but they gave me the confidence I needed to get there.
Today was my last day of PT. It has been eights months since my surgery and I am pain free and back to walking.

I am so happy with my experience at HD Physical Therapy. The staff is knowledgeable, very compassionate and most importantly, constantly reassess what is needed and listens to feedback. I came in for DIBILITATING Sciatica (my pain level was a constant 10 and I was barely able to function). In a very short amount of time my pain reduced and my mobility, and ability to work, returned. Once the immediate crisis was better we began working on strengthening to prevent future problems. I highly recommend HDPT. The staff is happy to be there and it comes across in their work with patients.

I worked closely with Steve Sheridan shortly after a complete tear of my rotator cuff in July 2018 and then post-surgery from September 2018 for about five months with an aim to complete an Ironman 70.3 relay bike segment in June 2019. I have seen Steve and the other therapists at HD Physical Therapy in Burlington following both shoulder and knee surgeries in the last 3 years.
I cannot say enough about the amazing work that they do. Steve was beyond knowledgeable on both the shoulder and knee procedures, and how to specifically address each one. The facilities in Burlington are always immaculate, and the staff always has a smile on their face. Scheduling appointments was always a breeze, and the therapists were always able to work around my schedule. I can't recommend Steve and his crew enough. They were a HUGE part of my shoulder and knee success, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future!

This review is long overdue as I have long history of going to HD in their other location in Wakefield for multiple different injuries and surgery recovery. Starting with the most important part which is my physical recovery. I have had tremendous results on all of my injuries and they always made me feel like I was a part of the process. I always understand where I am in the process of my recovery and am well informed about what steps they are taking with me to get me better.

What is equally impressive to me is that they are able to get these results while being a super fun and upbeat group. This makes a huge difference in my recovery as it helps to have energetic positive people creating an environment where I feel like it helps my motivation in what can be an extremely difficult process of recovering from injury.

I cannot recommend HD enough and I will come back over and over again when the need arrises.
