After 7 years of living on the streets disabled. I finally got my day in court in San Diego where it saved me a few years less time because the courts are less busy than LA. The judge awarded me the disability that I needed. But when it came time for my lawyer to fight for my 7 years of back pay.
The judge told him to take me in the hallway and explain to me how the system works. The lawyer says just take the disability your lucky he granted it to you. He could reverse his decision if you go back in and demand your back pay.
$900.00 a month I received. Where in California do you live making $900.00 per month. Oh yeah back on the street.
What did I lose by having this firm represent me. $84,000.00 of back pay.
Thanks for helping me lose a chance for a real life.
Instead its years later and the cost of not fighting the SYSTEM and allowing the system dictate your value to living a normal life proves that true justice in our courts fails the people who need the opportunity to have a chance to live without begging for your rights.
I guess you get what you pay for. A low grade of professional help.

They did nothing but delayed my case over a year they submitted only information from one doctor and they persistently called me and tried to take 25% of whatever I would’ve gotten given if it wasn’t for the fact that they prolonged it so long when I did 100% of the work. It took forever I mean hours and hours and hours of my time to put in all of the doctors all of the hospitals and I’m disabled so it was nearly impossible. I had to pay someone else to help me do it, and it took so long that I had had to do an appeal because I couldn’t do it in time.

Absolutely the most incompetent and worst attorneys you can hire. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had them for 10yrs YES 10 friking years. I fired them in January, got another attorney and won my case. I give them Zero star's. They wont let me post unless i give them 1 star.

Have been calling all week to get my records from these people and the receptionist has been nothing but rude. They continue to say the person in charge is out of the office and that no one else can help. On top of the rudeness they keep putting my on long holds where no one picks up leading to me having to call back. As well as hanging up on me.

This appears to be some sort of scam operation that harvests publicly data and uses it to call you to convince you to use services that you do not need. Every single day I get a phone call from them, and when I try to talk to a human, I just get to talk to a super rude receptionist that deflects any sort of responsibility. I feel like I’m talking to Leonardo DiCaprio from the movie the Wolf of Wall Street, or potentially Giovanni from Boiler Room. Stop calling. Appears to be owned by Aaron Jacob Leibovic #80304, but I am unable to reach this person.

I couldn't find the woman who is working on my SS case on their employee list! 😵‍💫😮 --UPDATE! They did get off to a slow start, and they are constantly changing who your case worker is, lol, but whoever DOES call you, they know your case backwards and forwards, and now I can't get them to *stop* calling me so much, haha! My case is still pending, but they are indeed working hard to get my benefits! So yeah, they need to get their organizing tightened up, but they seem to know their stuff!

This place is all about getting that insurance money!! I've told them 10 times Im insured yet they keep calling me insisting that I owe them money !! Crazy... All because my kid was born in one of their partner facilities, however the county has stolen my child; san bernardino county cps agency (CFS) are the ones that ORDERED THE DOCTORS to hold my child in the hospital in the first place, SEND THE BILL TO THEM!!

My case manager Lizette was the most amazing person. She was kind & compassionate with me the entire time. I was not easy to deal with at times & Lizette never once made me feel bad. She helped me all the way to the hearing process & I felt confident even tho I knew there were no guarantees. Because of Health Advocates & Lizette my case was approved. I couldn’t have done it without them.
