I recently moved from another state and researched which primary doctor I could visit under my insurance. I called, asked questions, and confirmed that I could see a doctor since I have Tricare. The person I spoke to said it was fine. But today, after more than a week for my appointment, they told me I need a physical ID which I don’t have. I have my military beneficiary ID and used my husband’s information, but he’s not here right now.

To make things worse, the parking is so confusing for someone new to this area. I’m incredibly disappointed and irritated. If you require a physical ID please verify when a new client before you book. Don’t waste people’s time.

I should have looked into other clinics because, apparently, this one isn’t it. Tricare is already so complicated, I’ve tried using it multiple times without success. This whole situation has left me so upset.

Had such a great experience at this clinic! Suzan at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process super easy and stress-free. And Dr. Mohammad was absolutely amazing—he took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. You can really tell he cares about his patients. The whole team here is fantastic, and I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for great care!
