Roger and other associates have always been very helpful. Since day one, they have been very understanding and helpful. My mom was very ill due to covid in January 2022 and needed oxygen, I was put in contact with this company, and they were very quick to respond and deliver the equipment. I highly recommend Health Care Solution Group Inc. Customer service is outstanding!

Extremely helpful, great communication, and wonderful speed. My doctor had put an order in for an Inogen O2 concentrator with another company (Fitzsimmons...AVOID) and I received no product and no customer service over 6 weeks. I had the order switched to Health Care Solutions Group and it was the complete opposite experience. Roger was sensitive to the urgency of my situation and Tita the nurse was very detail oriented in making sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!

I just had an interaction with customer care the person who answered the phone was hard to understand. Secondly non friendly system requires you to only be sent the information you need to satisfy our insurance company. Now I’m however long it takes them to send it by mail. No ability to pick it up in our area no email. The person had to order it up to be sent. Non friendly system. Product is good. You can order supplies quicker. Heaven forbid you need anything else. Disappointed
