Jeanie was so helpful today. I had issues with my current CPAP mask and she guided me through how to position the mask to get the most efficient usage and eliminate leaks. The mask I was using was too small to begin with so she fitted me with the right size. We also spent time looking at other full face masks. I am so pleased with the help I received from Jeanie and hopefully will begin getting better results starting tonight.

I arrived at the scheduled time Diane took me in right away. She was very knowledgeable about her products. She was very nice and friendly. I told her about an issue I had with the old mask. She had a solution and fitted me with the perfect mask.

The lady that took care of me today was amazing! She took the time to explain everything in a way that I would understand.
