I was dealing with pain where I couldn't lift my arms and had discomfort on both sides of my lower back. I tried other places but nothing worked until I found Carmen. After six 90-minute sessions with her, I'm feeling completely better. I paid $40 in tips each time, and it was absolutely worth it. Carmen really knows what she's doing and is so attentive to my needs. I'm so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her. She’s truly amazing!

I had a 60-minute massage with Carmen, and she was great. It was $50 plus a $12 tip, and it was definitely worth it. I’ve had fancy spa massages at places like the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. This place isn’t fancy, but they do a great job.

After my gym workouts, I had pain in my lower back and glutes. Carmen helped release the fascia that was stuck, and although the process was painful, I felt so much better a few days later. It really helped with my muscle recovery and future workouts. Thank you, Carmen! Carmen is right – soft treatments don’t work for me, and even though the hard massage was painful, it was exactly what I needed.

Their room was super cold and the masseur was terrible for massage,either she had really bad attitude and unprofessional skills. I think she without formal training and without the certificate for massage. Anyway, I am not come here anymore!!!

My favorite local foot massage place! Always clean, easy to get appointments, can walk in and great massage. They do a hot foot soak followed by a long foot massage and hot towel then a brief back, neck and hand massage. Feel so relaxed.

The massage services I have received from this spa: Acupressure, Tui Na & foot reflexology. Each session has been phenomenal. I have had many massages from Health Day Spa by a few of their therapist. They are highly skilled. It's always relaxing & feels therapeutic for me. I return every few weeks.
