I did not have a good experience at the location, the check in was fast and pleasant. I had assistant come in,very pleasant, she took my blood pressure and checked my oxygen level, told her I felt like my head was all filled up,had been for a
week,asked me if I wanted to have a covid and flu test, I agreed. Doctor came in,told me everything was negative, I asked him what he thought,he told me I had to let my body fight it off. He stood in the door the whole time ,never came near me,didn't check my heart lungs Nothing. I left with no receipt of what I had or any results of tests I took. I have never been treated so poorly.

I took my daughter here to be assessed for an ear infection. The care was adequate, but when complete we were just told “you are all set” and never received an after visit summary with instructions on it. When I picked up her antibiotics, it was a liquid suspension and the pharmacy told me to discard any extra medication when we were done with the scheduled doses. But when I looked at the bottle, there was no instruction on how many doses/days she should take the medication. I was grateful to whoever I spoke to on the phone at the office who was able to give me this instruction, but I wish I had been given an after visit summary and r the proper instructions had been attached to the prescription. The orders are to take it for 7 days and the liquid suspension is much more than 7 days worth.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! Originally, I was told an hour to an hour and a half wait, it turned out to only be about 30 minutes as they were swift. Definitely a great experience. I recommend this particular site 100%.

I severely cut my left index finger with a razor knife. It was deep and wouldn’t stop bleeding. I went to Health Express to get stitches and my experience couldn’t have been better. I was in with the nurse practitioner named Kaitlyn. She was amazing. It was severely cut with significant bleeding and she was able to stop it and stitch in a short time. The care I got from the first administrative attendant to the nurses were all great.

Check in process very slow but works ok with pace of patients being seen. Provider quick efficient and thorough. Great that they had 2 providers during such a busy time. Would definitely recommend for any urgent care needs.

Amazing doctors and amazing administrators and front desk workers!! Everyone was so certainly friendly and supportive, this was my first visit by myself, I’m Autistic and they were so welcoming and patient with me, and helped me figure out what was going on and put me on anti-biotics that actually helped. 10/10, amazing people!!!
