Wonderful compassionate doctors nurses had a lumpectomy in 2018 really took time w me and explained all I was going to go through and let me ask questions and were very patient and caring. Going on 6 years cancer free. Won't go anywhere else for my mammogram. Thank you Dr Noorie and Amber Elmore

I went here back in February 2024. I was there for a routine ultrasound. I was the only patient in the office at the time. The check in lady was ok.

When the tech Tracy came she just went through the formalities of identifying me. Took me to exam room, had me change into a gown. I think an AI robot would've made me feel more human.

She spoke nothing the entire time except to tell me turn here, turn there.

It didn't get terrible until I got ready to leave. She had mentioned that I need to be back in 5 months for follow up, I later asked her if I needed to check out. We were at the open door to the lobby at this point, she scoffed and said, how would I know? Another staff member started laughing and I think she joined in.
At this point I felt so small and embarrassed I just went to the lady who checked me in and asked if I needed to check out and she said no. I left so fast. I was trying to play it off.

I couldn't believe the nerve of them.

I keep getting emails to complete Feedback. I completed a thorough feedback, left my phone number but no one reached out as I expected.

I had to get a breast biopsy done. I initially went August but I wasn't able to get through it. My anxiety prevented the Biopsy at that time. I was calm but the numbing medicine made my heart race. Dr. Fountain rescheduled me and I went this past Monday. Nurse Regina was so comforting and very personable. Dr. Fountain was very understanding and patient. She allowed me time to breathe through the rapid heart rate. Tracy the ultrasound technician held my hand through the process and helped me remain calm. The biopsy was completed and I was given care instructions. Everything was explained thoroughly. Everyone was so caring and patient even the check in person. I believe her name was Alison. I go back for my results on the 25th. I recommend the breast center. Over all they took good care of me. They made me feel like I mattered and they did not rush the process. Very caring and understanding. - Update: my biopsy results came back negative for cancer. However, since I have dense breast and Dr. Fountain had to press very hard on my breast to get the sample she causes lots of bruising and I was in pain for weeks! I called my PCP and he recommended I get an ultrasound to see if possibly a fluid pocket built up. It was very painful. I didn't like that I had that much pain literally 7 weeks straight after the biopsy. I've had one done before at a different place called Tepas and that didn't happen. I was in pain and Dr. Fountain was patient but that doesn't take away from the fact that she hurt my breast bc they were super dense.

It is hard to put into words the review I want to leave, but I can say I’ve never felt so much compassion from a healthcare facility as I have here. Even though it doesn’t seem possible, the employees manage to make a scary situation seem bearable. As soon as you walk in, the ladies at the front acknowledge you immediately and are kind through the check in process. I had the pleasure of meeting Helen and Dr. Green who made me feel calm and comfortable. I wish I could remember the ultrasound tech’s name because she was so comforting, but if you were in a biopsy at 9am on 9/22, please know that you are appreciated. Last but not least, Amanda. My first visit was a little intimidating and I left feeling at ease because of you. Thankfully I was blessed with having you as my nurse today and I must say, you were meant to have this job. You are probably the most caring and compassionate nurse I’ve ever encountered. Remembering small details about my life, holding my hand because you knew how nervous I was and making me feel like I wasn’t just another patient on the schedule, but that you actually cared. Probably because of my nerves, I tend to joke and you laughed right along with me. I will never forget your kindness. All of you. Thank you.

Dr. Fountains and her nurses were amazing during my biopsy. They helped me feel less anxious and were wonderful in understanding my concerns and worries. They were personable, professional, efficient, empathetic and all around AWESOME. Thank you.

On another note HF the biopsy table needs to go up after it is at a level where a two step step stool isn't needed

I had a great experience here after using a different facility for over 20 years. The care and kindness I received was greatly appreciated and a night and day difference from where I use to go. Also, the lady who did my mammogram was so kind. I have a device in my chest and have NEVER had anyone in the past at the other place I went to take time to explain and assure me that it would be safe to have a mammogram. Instead they would just put in reports that I refused. Finally after 7 years I came to a place that took my health seriously and listened to my concerns. The lady who did my test was so sweet, gentle, thoughtful and showed great care. She kept asking if I was ok and promised to stop if I had any pain. I can't remember her name but she had salt and pepper hair, in a bob type hair cut and glasses! So if you get her, you'll be blessed!! I also had to speak with Jennifer a few times and met in person prior to my appointment when I dropped off some records! She was great! A shout out to a gal named Christine as well! Very pleased with everyone I encountered. Even the sweet girl who checked me in. So glad I made the switch from Viera Diagnostic. It was out of out of my way and not worth the aggravation I went through recently. It used to be a great place. Definitely not like it was. I'm so happy HEALTH FIRST has a place I can go that's convenient and offers a pleasant atmosphere.

They sent my bill to my old address (I already moved out 7 years ago) and now my bill is in collection. I don’t know why they made such a mistake since I’ve updated my address so many years ago and successfully received all other bills from the Breast Center. And the billing department is not helpful while the operator did not feel sorry for their own fault at all. Worst experience ever!

The radiologist that I spoke to after my ultrasound was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told my concerns and she found it amusing. She didn’t address any of my concerns or why it was happening. She just told me “it is what it is” while having a smirk on her face. I felt extremely embarrassed and disrespected. I have never been so upset with a doctor before until today. I just wanted to be heard and listened to but instead I practically got laughed at and told to deal with my issues.
