The therapist was very energetic. She gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage. As a runner, I was sore in the glutes and back of the legs. After the massage I felt much more opened up, ready to do a vigorous interval workout tomorrow. I am used to Esalen style long strokes and found her style a bit rushed. Nevertheless, I do feel prepared for a hard workout tomorrow.

Called in for an hour massage. Sciatic nerve problem on the right side. Talked to Maggie the manager and explained what my problem was. When I left, my back was loosened up and I had a week worth of great sleep and working was so much better.
