First off I love my Dr and have no issues with this clinic. I saw my great Dr last spring..I then left to care for family in MN. My mail was forwarded but due to family issues in different parts of the state I didn’t always receive it promptly. This past weekend I tried paying a HF bill and it kept saying can’t be found..finally just called and it turns out they turned it over to a collection agency. $27 ..you couldn’t Google my name and find out there were 2 deaths in the family? You couldn’t call and say I’m sure you just misplaced the bill..no you turn it over to a collection agency? Is there a human being anywhere in this process? Now I’ll probably be playing whack a mole because they’ll sell it to someone else. I’m so disappointed in you. I have documented my payment to your collection agency..😞

I am a high risk individual and have stayed home for the last year for safety against COVID. I had to get my yearly bloodwork done and went to Health First Beachside. The check in for the lab was the same as the pediatric waiting room. Mask were required but we were made to wait in a small little room for close to 2 hours. I refused to be exposed and waited outside. There wasn't hand sanitizer in the lab. This lab should take appointments and have people wait in their cars and bring them in one at a time. For God's sake the Post Office is safer than this. I've also had a bad sore throat since. Please stay away from this establishment. They clearly don't care about your health.

I love Dr. Doonan. My problem is not with the doctors and the awesome people that you check in with. My problem is I have been trying to make appointment and no one answers the phone. I have waited 5, 7, and 10 minutes.
