Wendy was extremely helpful, patient, clear, and kind. I did not have all of the information ready once my call was accepted (I didn’t see an indication of what I would need on the covered CA website) AND my internet was being so slow, but she waited very patiently for me to find the information and even offered to help me find it through alternate methods. She explained everything to me very clearly once we accessed my account and was able to help me change my income and lower my insurance rate significantly.
