I have been going to family planning for over 3 years for affordable and free care. I absolutely love the staff, they are so caring and always make sure I'm ok and that I have access to any resources that I can benefit from. When I became a victim of domestic abuse it was the first place I went to seek help because I knew with my full heart that is a safe haven and they would help me move forward with my life. I am always treated with great respect and care, I never feel discriminated against. I really believe it is one of the most LGBTQ friendly facilities I have gone to and is easily better than Fenway Health. The staff always remembers me by name and they treat my symptoms and concerns with out prejudice or judgement. I really wish I could name every person who has helped me but some people in particular would be Darcy, the director of South coast family planning, and really every single women that has talked or helped me from there is a gift to this community. What they do is so important for the health of our community and it needs to be seen. Thank you so much for your services and for helping people in need. I'm normally afraid of going to the doctor's but I never hesitate to go to family planning because they treat everyone with amazing care.

The staff was extremely sweet and good at their jobs. The first nurse was also funny but extremely detailed and diligent. Highly recommended.
