The staff is very nice in this place. I came in to get my CPAP machine and they were very accommodating because I'm in a wheelchair. In addition to that, they gave a very thorough class explaining how to use and take care of your CPAP. I don't have any negatives to say about this place.

Customer Service (Mercede) was very helpful in answering questions and setting up service call. Service technician (Robert) was very knowledgeable about the bed and advised crank used for raising bed was working properly, even though care givers have difficulty in raising bed; however, it was smooth in lowering the bed. Robert suggested upgrading to an electric bed, which would make it easier for care givers. I will pursue this option. Appreciate Robert advice.
