They are understaffed and their computer systems are regularly broken. Sometimes they miss scripts that need to be resent, other times the staff is so busy that the wait can be up to 1 hour, and a couple of times they had only 1 working computer so they had to say no to a bunch of people waiting. The staff can be a bit impatient but I’m guessing it’s not their fault. I know the staff is trying their best. Walgreens please fix your systems and hire more staff here.

Do not use this pharmacy. They directly told me they deprioritize filling prescriptions that do not come from the hospital next door. Buy gummy bears from them if you’re passing by maybe, but they can not be relied on for medical needs.

The staff here are very patient and caring, and they always work together to make sure if there is a line that it moves quickly. It’s just a great, no frills (not a normal Walgreens with groceries cards etc) pharmacy.

Prescriptions are never ready when you arrive even when you have the physician call ahead and call ahead yourself. Safe yourself time and go elsewhere. Also nowhere to park. Hassle every time I used to go

While there are a couple of employees who are decent and polite, the vast majority are incompetent and rude. They charged me without my approval or confirming my address, refused to listen to me, and talked down to me. I came because I got text messages confirming my medication was ready, but they demanded to see my phone and text log. After which, they made me wait almost an hour, and I could hear them laughing at me and saying I was confused. Even though I'm on crutches and this is the most convenient location, I will avoid this place at all costs, and so should everyone.

very rude and inconsiderate personel. I submitted refill requests several times by phone and every time I went there they had no idea and I had to request the medication in person with them and wait 30 minutes for it to be ready for pick up. I tried to explain this to a staff member and he said when you submit a request, it goes to "a computer somewhere" that they don't have access to. The young man didn't even apologize and responded to me with a smirk on his face.

I don't understand the low ratings for this Walgreens. My experiences have always been positive. The staff is generally polite and efficient. I got the flu vaccine there today and the provider was so nice and I experienced zero pain. I could've gone to One Medical, but Walgreens actually makes get a vaccine even easier. Thanks to the pharmacy staff, and particularly the provider who administered the flu shot.
