I really enjoy coming to the Wellness Center and I appreciate the doctors, ARNP and staff everyone does an awesome job and they are very good at what they do!
However, I have noticed that the wait time can be a bit long. Sitting in the room for an hour, often with my clothes off, before the ARNP comes in makes the experience a little uncomfortable. Especially when the actual appointment only takes about 15 minutes.
I just wish the process could be a little smoother and faster. Other than that, I’m grateful for the care I receive.

Happy with my service love the doctor but I have one problem right now my prescription is not at the pharmacy and I am very upset about it. I don't know if it's because my insurance hasn't paid for me yet but that's not my fault. I shouldn't have to wait all day to get my prescription when the pharmacy is about to close that's not fair to me. So yeah I'm upset right now especially when the girls in the front are telling you that the doctor has called the prescription in knowing I'm sitting at the pharmacy for 3 hours and it never was called in

My son had a health issue and they were very accommodating in getting him seen within a few days. The front desk personal (the Black woman with the blond short fade) was very personable, warm, and inviting. The doctor validated my feelings and I'll come back again.

The staff are very caring and efficient with nice greetings and quick check-in. Yuny, the Office Manager, is so fun and I had a very enjoyable intake meeting. Dr. Mignon is fantastic and I feel fortunate for her help. The appointment cost is very reasonable and I will be back.

Amazing, Kind, and Compassionate staff. Dr. Mignon is one of the best doctors out there, she takes the time to actually see you and sit down with you, and I actually ask how your doing. Many doctors nowadays are “Hi & Bye”, and don’t spend much time with you. But, not Dr. Mignon, she’s absolutely amazing, spends a lot of time getting to know her patients, she’s very hands on. All Around Great Experience and Excellent Care! 5-out-of-5! 5/5, Five-Stars! Would Absolutely Recommend!

Arrive to check in, receptionist with the shirt cut was professional and kind. As I was called in my weigh was taken, proceeded to the room where J took my blood pressure and temperature, part time student at Kaiser, showed compassion and concern of my well being. The P.A. intern came I. Very detailed is my blood work, very informative, going to make a very good P.A. I am always pleased to see Dr. Rae, she’s the best. I have been at this establishment for several years and am pleased.

I have been coming to see this same Dr. for several years! The billing will screw you over. I've never had a actual problem with the care, but unfortunately, I've been charged by billing for who knows what! My monthly bill average is around 430.00! That's every visit, I've got two insurances, but was at one point being charged out of pocket and insurances charged! Now after being transferred upstairs, I get told I got a past due balance of over 220.00. After being denied treatment for almost two weeks, one lady finally got it fixed. I was fine for two months and then the bill magically showed back up! Had to pay it before being seen! No you can pay on it or anything like that, pay it or leave! I drive over a hr one way to see this Dr. Now I don't even see her! Might be time to talk to the insurance company's 🤔, also someone about being denied treatment for a established patient and being denied the medication , blood pressure and cholesterol meds, among others 🤔
