I have never had a bad doctor in this place. My daughter started coming here and now I have all my family coming here too. Regardless if it is a long term doctor or a student doctor they have all had a wonderful bedside manner and I feel then listen and wanna find answers to help the patient I know for me they have. I like how they want to work with you and get to the bottom of things. highly recommend if you don't have a doctor any of the Health West are worth going into

I recently transferred care to Health West. It has been a good experience. Patient centered care seems to be important at Health West . Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and caring. The doctor was one of the best I have ever had.

I saw Dr. Callahan (Cody or Colby?). He is so condensending, acts like you are stupid and don't know you own body, talks to you like a child explaining what an EKG is even though it is in my chart that I already had one done at the ER. He doesn't even listen to what you are telling him and if you are going there for a certain reason and that is not what it is per him, he has no time to figure out why you are sick because according to him that would take some time. Maybe he needs a different career if he can't take the time to get to know and listen to the patients.

I took my 3 year old daughter here this morning with some serious concerns and they only tested her for the flu and covid . Even when her oxygen was low they brushed it off . We went and got a second opinion to where they did a chest xray and turns out she has pneumonia ! Which can be serious and deadly . SHAME ON YOU for just sending us home !

If you want to spend hours and hours of your life trying to get scheduled with your provider and have them cancel on you last minute....(wait, now they are not available because they are graduating or just a first year and only in the office three days in the month, or blah blah blah), if you want to have your provider recommend a frequency of being seen then have the office make it extremely difficult to make appointments that their own provider recommended....if you want to be passed around like a hot potato between residents, pressured into quick 20 appointments that only address part of your problem (when your doctor said they wanted to see you for 40), then Health West ISU might be for you. If you want to feel frustrated- especially when you need a prescription refill, go to Health West. They need to work on their processes and make the customer experience more efficient and less frustrating.

My doctor is amazing but not letting my doctor prescribe me medication and other gender affirming care is just missed up. Getting in the way of your doctor patient relationship is never ok one star for making me jump through hoops for my care. I trust and cared for my doctor thanks so much for taking this away!😠

I went to Health West for 3 years. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists were friendly and listened well. Dr. Rolynn is AMAZING! The only reason I am rating Health West so low is because of how administration has handled gender affirming care. To my understanding, administration knew at least a month before notifying patients that Health West was no longer going to offer gender affirming care. They gave patients a week’s notice before discontinuing gender affirming care with little to no resources in place. This seems unethical.

This place was unethical, dishonest and and absolute nightmare to work for. It was a horrible work environment and they don't care about the safety or well being of their employees at all. I would tell anyone considering to work there DON'T and anyone that does to start looking for a better job because they do not value or respect their people what so ever.
