Update: Kudos to Dr Hoover and the team on their problem resolution. Wait times have significantly improved and I was able to see Dr. Hoover on two consecutive visits. Really appreciate his service.

The level of service has dropped significantly. Receptionists are short, immediately put you on hold, and wait times for most things have been much longer. My first experience trying to arrange a virtual follow up was the worst! I even had to be rescheduled because they labelled me as a no-show despite calling in multiple times. Then for the rescheduled appointment, I was on a long distance call for over an hour. It's always difficult to have an appointment with Dr. Hoover, he's never available. Hope they figure these things out soon.

I absolutely recommend Dr. John Hoover’s office/practice to everyone! I grew up with a terrible experience with doctors and have had a lot of trouble going to one because of this and everyone in this one is so kind and welcoming. I feel very respect, heard, and understood. I never have felt shamed or belittled. They are so great with people and so informative. The place is very clean and tidy too. They even have a little kids area and offer coffee!

Dr. Hoover and his staff are very attentive and friendly. And unlike other healthcare providers I have had, the appointments and schedules are very much on time. The staff has been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile, particularly in fighting with the insurance company on my behalf to get approval for needed medications. Dr. Hoover, his PAs and staff always make time to answer any and all questions. Great office and healthcare providers.
