This is one of the worst OBYGYN’s to ever go to. From the beginning they are unprofessional and rude. I came straight from work, mind you I was 5 minutes late but I called and was told it was okay. I sit down and two other people are asked if they are me, before going to me and asking me. Both people claimed to be me and one was almost taken in as me. The minute the doctor came in I was berated for being late, and not filling out paperwork when all I had was a small sheet to fill out with my name, address, and DOB. I explain to my nurse what I’m there for and why, and it never gets relayed to the doctor so I have to repeat myself. My doctor cut me off multiple times, made me cry and have a panic attack while I’m just trying to explain myself. I came concerned about my health and already was diagnosed with medical conditions. I was repeatedly talked over, argued with, and completely ignored my whole visit. I also asked for a full STD panel and exam, only for them to do half an exam, say sorry then call and tell me I would need to come back for two additional visits when everything was scheduled to be done in one visit. I also was never called to follow up on my panels until I had to call, and they never sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy. When I got my blood drawn I had two people try to take my blood because the first person did not know how. I left with brushing of my veins and arm from how many times she stabbed me. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OF COLOR, DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL, any doctors office is better than this they will treat you like you’re trash. This is not a place where they care or will hear you. Dr. Rosie is the worst OBGYN I have ever met, especially in her approach and demeanor and doesn’t deserve to work with people if your approach is to talk down to your patients, berate them, and never listen. If you haven’t heard of conditions and symptoms research them! I shouldn’t have to explain to my doctor a diagnosis from two other doctors. The nurses need to be retrained please because my arms have never looked like this after getting my blood drawn. Never coming back.

I would have given a solid 4-star but this is how quickly a reputation/trust can be ruined. Optum is a cattle-farm focused on profits, not patients.
My endocrinologist referred me for surgery about a month ago. I had surgery last week. When I tried to make a follow-up with the Endo, I was told she'd left and I'd need to wait 3 months for an appointment - post-surgery needs to be 3 weeks.
The receptionist blamed ME for not making follow-up appointments before my surgery. Ok, tell a patient they need brain surgery, their life needs rearranged, AND now it is my fault for not making a post-surgical appointment at the time the Dr. referred me to a surgeon. Silly me.
I asked for someone in Management to call me back to explain why no emergency/fill-in apppointments are open for this exact type of thing but, go figure, they aren't calling. They don't care. It's that simple.
Optum is a cattle-farm focused on profits, not patients.

This place is awful. My wife had Espinoza as her OBGYN. She was having a difficult pregnancy and everything Espinoza basically said was to “suck it up”. At one time, she was having major abdominal pain and called in. They were busy so they said they will call her back. NEVER DID CALL BACK. She had to go to urgent care herself We switched to MemorialCare and never looked back.

Horrible, been coming here for a few months the wait is always hour before I can be seen, now all of sudden they don't except my insurance. Nothing has changed. I'm pregnant and so emotional. They made me feel unwanted and through me away like trash.

I love the obgyn center. They are pretty fast you’ll be seen within 30min. They accept most insurances. Very friendly staff. They have nurse practitioners and doctors.

I'm patient with finger trigger and I was there hoping that they might help me, I have that problem for 3 years and they asked me for 12 medical tests, Im cash patient, expend more than a $800 for tests and a lot of blood tests and when to see the doctor he had not seen my results, not ready to talk to me about my problems and I ended up with pills and other appointments ready to change my other $300 to see him and $300 to get the appointment so $600 total for nothing 😒
