I just saw Brittnee for the second time. Brittnee is exceptional with her care and bedside manner. She goes out of her way to help. I would recommend her to everyone. There was a minor snafu with the front office but she followed up with me and corrected the problem. Kudos to Brittnee. The facility is very accommodating in getting people seen.

I wanted to take a few minutes to acknowledge the amazing care of my new PCP Dr Suzanne Leslie and her extraordinary ARNP Britanee Spooner.
My wife and I have been patients for a little under one year now and we cannot be happier. My wife has some very complex health issues and sees multiple specialists. Dr Leslie and Brittanee spend countless hours understanding her history. In these days of insurance limitations you simply do not get this kind of service from providers these days.
In my case I needed a medical clearance for an upcoming surgery. Despite full calendar they fit me in went through the clearance process very deliberately and with great care.
I had some serious new issues come up (back surgery, gall bladder removal etc) that complicated my care and she called me at home multiple times to check on me. Britanee also offered some alternatives like walkers that no one else considered.
I cannot tell you what an amazing caregiver this young lady is.
If you are looking for a PCP you cannot go wrong with Dr.Leslie and Brittanee Spooner.

I have been a patient/customer here for a few years. I only go if I do not feel well which Thank God is not often. My husband has a MDVIP Concierge Doctor and wanted me to sign up so I would have a Primary, we are retired Military and I have Tri Care Select for Life, I can be seen here but not by one of the Owner Doctors only a PA or NP which sort of bothers me. I annually go to see my GYNECOLOGIST and have blood work done and a mammogram but thought it might be nice to find a primary, not needed for my insurance but this is ok I guess for now. I have not always had a great experience at this location. I am happy to report that last Tuesday November 19th I was experiencing cold symptoms and Susanna was able to get me an appointment at 2 o’clock that afternoon. Not only was she helpful and professional on the phone , she was equally friendly in person. 10 Gold Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very refreshing as. Customer/Patient. In addition to this over the years I always seem to have someone new seeing me which is difficult to build a report with. On this day, Brittnee Spooner, APRN, FNP-BC Family Medicine saw me and I was pleasantly surprised by her personable, professional and thourough kind way she took care of me. I felt she not only valued me as a patient and listened to me and it was very clear she wanted to take good care of me, but she provided me excellent customer service too. She is a huge asset to this Facility and I hope Brittnee and Susanna are well valued and stay on with this Team! 👍👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perhaps the Owners of this Location might recognize Tricare and Retired Military Customer/Patients when we are seeking a Primary Care Provider

After an accident and leaving the ER I needed to see primary care. Was able to get in quickly for an appointment with Brittnee Spooner, APRN. She took her time to go through the long list of issues and explaining everything to me. She was so caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with everything that was going on. Absolutely recommend!!

I was referred to Britnee Spooner NP after my husband experienced a very frustrating stay in the hospital.
The care that he received from Britnee was exceptional. She took time to extensively research and review his records to fully understand his condition.
She patiently explained all of the technical medical terms that none of the other doctors had time to explain and actually listened to all of his concerns.
Her compassion for her patients goes above and beyond. Britnee is truly a godsend.

After my brother got released from the hospital, and needed to follow up with a primary care, we reached out to Healthcare Services and got in within a few hours of calling, with APRN-FNP Brittnee Spooner. She was the kindest, most passionate person EVER. She listened to our concerns, took her time explaining, and went over everything with us. Going thru a traumatic time/accident, it was a breath of fresh air to be seen by someone as compassionate and caring as she was. Would HIGHLY recommend her, she is AMAZING.

Going to the doctor can be hard when there’s health concerns, but to walk in and get a provider who you can trust is priceless. Brittnee Spooner, NP went over and beyond at my recent PCP appointment and was truly informative and knowledgeable about next steps in the process. I feel as though my questions were answered and anything I didn’t understand was explained to be thoroughly. Brittnee even went as far as to print up educational resources in order for me to be more informed. I’ve been a patient of this practice for quite some time and this appointment was one of the first times I’ve walked away feeling truly cared for. Thank you!
