Yeah goodluck trying to deal with their medical billing. Ive called every Monday now for three weeks and left my information for their answering service. They promise a call back within two business days. I dont even think the medical billing department exists at this time. i never get a call back but they keep sending me medical bills with interest.

Horrendous with their phones! I have been calling since November leaving messages about a bill.they now want to send something to collections that was billed wrong!!

I cant get a live person to pick up a phone or call back.! I love my NP but their phone issue makes one want to change. CALL ME BACK!

I saw Dr. Lynn Taylor today for the first time. I thought she was intriguing, likable and a fantastic Medical Doctor.
She was very respectful, kind and caring.
Dr.Taylor was a great communicator and listener. I'm not comfortable with a lot of people but with her I found myself letting my guard down rather quickly because she so easy to talk with and discuss anything with.
She was down to earth, thorough and informative. I never felt judged or rushed. She knew what was important, instinctively knowing when to pull back and when to apply.
I felt very cared for and valued as I recieved qualtily care and individualized personal attention. I didn't feel like just another patient that She had to rush and get through. I did not feel rushed at all, which was great because that would have given me anxiety lol
Just being honest. I hope this helps anyone looking for a PCP in the area. 🙂

The dental part of the clinic is horrendous. They use dentist who are working there so they can get their Medicare paid dental school bill paid off, then they split after 6-12 months. They bill as much as they can by insisting on filling cavities even when tooth should be pulled. I went there for 3 years, 1 filling done per month and then because of a mistake the dentist made, I had to get a full upper denture. Also, not being racist, but the dentist aren’t US born citizens, and owe student medical bills, because the dental schools in their country aren’t accredited in the US and don’t meet our tough standards , so back to school in US, and government pays the school bill if they agree to intern basically at inner city hospitals, clinics, what not. Look it up, research it, as it’s a fact. Go elsewhere for dental work.The health care center is okay, but I wouldn’t choose it as my primary source of my medical care.

My rating here is for the dental side.
Someone mentioned in the comments about the some of the dentist still finishing schooling. That is true. And it's like a revolving door for dentists.They get their experience on your teeth and then they're out and they go elsewhere, some of them start their own practices etc.
Either way, I tried the dental side when I was younger and didn't know any better Before I realized I could go almost anywhere.
I had one good dentist in there when I first started going there but she left and started her own practice. Then they put me with one guy, he was great, shortly he left also. My experiences went way downhill after that.
Then covid hit, It was during that time that the dental hygienist chipped my front tooth during a cleaning. I was devastated and infuriated. She was extremely rough and made me bleed a lot too.
I was always up to date on my cleanings and I never, ever bled like that before. She was hurting me then she chipped my front tooth.
They are so ignorant in there, they had a Dentist looked at the chip and he basically gaslighted me, telling me I should have asked for a gentle cleaning because my teeth were very clean already. Then he suggested I just leave it alone and leave it like that. When you could clearly see it. He said other dentist might tell you to fix it, But he would just leave it alone if he were me.
It was a terrible, horrific experience.
You would think she gave me a cleaning with her eyes closed. Honestly I don't like to make accusations on people If I don't know for a fact but I feel in my gut that She was buzzed or not well or something.
This was right after covid, We still had to wear masks. She came out with layers over her face, Tinted glasses, then a glass shield over that. She looked completely worried and stressed out. She looked like a shell of the person I had remembered her being from prior cleanings with her. She was much more frail then I remember her being as well. She was actually very thin and sickly looking. She did not look healthy like I had remembered her being. She mentioned how she didn't know if she was going to lose her job because of covid. I felt like she was under a lot of stress. I'm just saying, covid could have pushed a person to their limits at that time.
She certainly gave me a cleaning like she was drunk. I had to have the chip filed down, it's not noticeable anymore but I have sensitivity in that area now.
I wish I would have put a little bit of composite to fill in the chip instead of filing it down. Not to mention i'm not thrilled with how my front teeth look after getting them filed down. I had to file the other one a little bit as well so it could match the one she chipped.
What was ironic was She always used to give me the mirror at the end of the cleaning for me to see the final results (in prior cleanings before covid ) But this time she didn't give me the mirror, she avoided giving it to me, When I asked for it she got anxious. And I'll just leave the story there because I freaked the f out. I had beautiful teeth.
I would much rather recommend Alpha Dental before going there for Dental work, and they have facilities in Dartmouth, Taunton, Swansea etc.
I'm skeptical about getting things done in Fall River now. I'm having a terrific experience at Alpha Dental in Taunton currently.

Been a patient here for quite a few years. It takes forever to get in touch with someone over the phone. Dr. Kimberly Zellar left without any notification, I found out when I was called to renew my PT-1 rides for the year. They gave me a nurse in place to see her. Karen Moore. Then this nurse literally bails last minute literally, the day of my appointment (9/7/23). So I had to call to my ride to cancel it. This place is extremely unprofessional and clearly does NOT care for their patients. I do not recommend this facility. If this next nurse bails, I will be leaving this facility for a better one. My trust and respect for this facility has gone right out the window.

Health first dental is truly the worst the one on quarry st in fallriver I have been in in out of this place scheduling appointments they will schedule my appointment then call me the same day of my appointment an tell me it needs to be rescheduled I been in an out of here for almost a year just to do cleanings an fill cavities the only thing they are concerned with is pulling out a tooth that doesn’t even hurt any more over asked to specifically fill my cavities first so that when I do my extraction I don’t have to come back in I came in in Septembe for them till fill literally 1 cavitie I have about 12 in my mouth an its is now dec very in professional then when I ask the women at the front desk why aren’t I scheduled to fill my cavities an she couldn’t even give me a explanation. I have proof of my scheduled appointments I feel very disrespected an my concerns are not being acknowledged. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been too an don’t let me get started on the dentist he will tell me to raise my hand if I’m in any pain when I do he doesn’t acknowledge or won’t stop to give me a break I have exprsssed my fears with them of coming into the dentist office an it’s like they didn’t even care . Something needs to be done the hospitality here is very horrible needs to be looked in as soon as possible.
